Visited McDonald's Restaurant #10439, 9/19/24 @ 12:08PM The woman taking orders was in a verbal fight very loud so I ask the manager to try to handle, customers were walking out. He ,the manager, took our order and order was ready my was there to get, the same woman that was so rude would not give my wife the order instead she took to another table and the man handled the food then told her it was not his. The woman tried to give us the food but we refused so she said she would throw it away and remake our order. I watched her put back on serving line. I then ask the manager for a refund and how do you know that I am not part owner of this franchise. Oh your not I know all of them. I have been a customer of this McDonald's for years but because of the fight, attitude of this woman and manager I WILL NOT BE BACK.
