You must be precooled to load. Weigh in and out on scale. Bring drivers license to check in at gate/ scale. Big gravel parking lot across from gate to park. Don't pull onto scale before 8:00am. Guard will turn you around. Open at 8am. I was loaded in 2 hours. Outhouse on site. Nothing around that area so bring food if your staying the night. Nice place nice people.

Overnight parking across the street from the gate A portable toilet with a sink was available near the shipping and receiving building as the gate was never good. I didn't use it, but I'm glad that it was available.

I would have given them a 5, except there was no honesty when I checked in as to them not having both of my POs. His looking into the computer, whistling, and then asking me to write my phone number on a sticky pad were all "dead giveaways"!

I received a message three hours from my dispatcher that I would only have one stop instead of two. I checked in and asked when I would get loaded. He told the truth this time and said, "Much later today!" It was around 6:00 p.m.

They were kind enough to allow me to drop my trailer. I drove back into town to get some great Mexican food.

Horrible neighbors. Their processing plant has ruined the tranquility of the neighborhood. The once quiet street now has heavy traffic from the workers cars and from the large tractor trailer rigs who pickup and deliver product. Most of their traffic is being erronously directed by GPS to my house instead of their business located just a few blocks away. The dust in the neighborhood has increased immensly because they built a cold storage with a large dirt lot in the front which everyone drives through. Munger farms fails to properly maintain the lot for dust control and air pollution. This could simply be obtained by routing traffic on a proper paved road or by using proper dust control measures required by law such as using a water truck to water the lot to maintain the dust. Or by oiling the traffic areas. Munger farms, does not properly maintain their waste water which smells up the neighborhood and attracts flies and gnats. They are consistently discharging their waste water down the dedicated, public road causing erosion and property damage to their suriunding neighbors. I have persinally tried to communicate my concerns to the company and I have consistently been ignored. Numerous times I have reached out to Munger farms for a charible donation for a local Charity and have also been ignored. Their owner consistly flies his personal helicopter to and from work at a unsafe distance above my home. I see nothing good but only corporate greed at the expense of their neighbors.

I was held up at my first pick-up( almost 12 hours) and had to drive a little over 200 miles to get to Munger Farms. I figured they would be closed and was expecting to have to wait till Monday morning because it's Saturday night at 11:30! The guys in the shipping office were great! They asked me to back in and had me loaded in 15 minutes... I was checked out and on my way before midnight!!!

Had a appointment 08:00 to 13:00. Got a door at 22:28, two more trucks got doors after us and they got loaded before us and have left. They say they go in order of when the truck come in. But that’s a lie! Seven trucks came in after us and they all went before us. They don’t pay detention so we are on their time frame. They don’t care about our time. Don’t understand the appointment time if they are not going to honor it.

Rude shipper mrg I call they said last check in 3 pm when I check in 2.30 then they said they close because u know why they don’t have my load ready.Two trucks waiting for doors and they said nobody at shipping office.nobody understand Truck Driver.0 value and 0 Respect Drivers

All in all not to bad as far as produce shippers go. They have a big dirt lot across from the entrance you can overnight at. I arrived the night before with a 08-1200 appt to load on 05.23. Shipper opens at 0800 so checked in and moved to staging, on dock 1000, out at 1330. They do have a scale onsite and you’ll have to scale in and out. Make sure to precool refer. Load time was longer due to shipper adding an additional stop to my trailer because of another truck being cancelled. The broker and shipper knew what was going on, my dispatch did not, so took some time to sort that out. The main reason I’m giving 3 stars is that although they provide a honey bucket onsite for you to use, it’s very nasty. There’s no service record in it so no telling when the last time it’d been serviced. Clearly not in a while. A few other side notes; no food vending on site so make sure to bring with you. If you have a pet, they’re not allowed on the grounds inside the fence, you have to bobtail out to the dirt lot to let them out. No smoking inside the fence except for in your vehicle. You are allowed on the dock to count your freight.

This worse place I ever been for pick up my appointment was 08:00 - 12:00pm but we been waiting until midnight would guy’s try to work by appointment stop playing with people time ridiculous place to pick up never come to this place again.
