I had my first visit to Mugg&Bobs and I was impressed with the selection of products, food and beverages. The store was quite busy but the service was quick! The cashier that took care of me was friendly and intuitive.

First time being in this store and the last today and the last time, Manager I believe her name was pat or patty, she was nasty, rude, and belittling to employees, needless to say I went across the street. I won't support a company that mistreats their employees.

Pricing is average, gas prices were cheaper than most other gas stations. Bathroom was clean along with the store. Staff were polite and kinda. Window washing liquid was clean and plenty of towels. Handicap friendly

Great selection of goods. Great coffee bar. Deli was FANTASTIC when it was the old Countryway party store and Jim owned it. Would make you a sandwich if they were out of what you wanted. If the new ownership deli is out of a sandwich you wanted to order, well, you're SOL. Middle aged blond at front checkout needs to be A LOT more customer service friendly. Nasty attitude, always.

Very dissatisfied. I went in to buy a bag of ice. They were out of the size I wanted. Not their fault but inconvenient. I was wearing a mask that covered my mouth and nostrils. I was mask shamed for "not wearing it right." Employees have poor manners.

My fiance and i went in to purchase a few things today one being a case of beer mind you we purchase here ALL the time. An today out of every other time we have been there the cashier asked for both of our ID's and I happen to not have mine and the cashier made me leave the store because I did not have my ID to show. I am very offended that I was told to leave a store that i spend my money at when I was not the purchaser of the alcohol. Here's a good one for you if my 13 year old daughter was with me would they tell my child to leave the store and go outside by herself without a parent because she didn't have an ID to show while I was purchasing? Needless to say I'm offended and to is my fiance and we will no longer spend out money at the local store!
