My fiance worked for this company for several years as a truck driver. He passed away from a heart attack while driving in their company truck. He was a dedicated and loyal truck driver for over 30 years, and was very loyal to Mr. Chips! However, when my fiance passed away, while driving in Arizona, this company did absolutely nothing to get my fiances body back home to Georgia. I received NO call, no condolences from the owner, no sympathy card, no offer of any kind of assistance! And due to financial reasons, I was unable to get my fiances body back home to me. I never got to see him to say goodbye one last time. Instead, he had to be cremated there in Arizona. This is a sorry company and the owner should be VERY ASHAMED of himself! But ya know, you reap what you sow, and the bad that you do to others, will eventually catch up with you! Jay is the owner, I think his last name is Sanders. The CEO is Jim Sanders. These men are a piece of work! Lowdown, greedy, uncaring, and most definitely cares NOTHING about his truck drivers!!! This is fair warning folks! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! If you pass away while driving their truck, they will not get your body home to your family! SORRY OWNERS, SORRY COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Great place. I was loaded in 30 minutes, check in was quick and easy too. I parked there overnight because I arrived after they closed for the day. They even have a couple of port a johns there for drivers to use after hours(or anytime). They have a big dirt lot, so lots of parking. Docks are paved and it's a straight back in. I would love to come back if I'm ever in Michigan again. There is a reason all their driver reviews are very good.

I came here 6 years ago when I first started trucking, it's been 8 years and still a great experience. My appt was at 1300, I got here at 9:30 was out by 10:15...awesome!

Appt time Monday 1pm was about 40 minutes late due to some truck issues, but they were nice and easy in and out. Waited under an hour for 2 trucks to get their loads and then took about 20 minutes to get loaded after docked. Very fast, friendly staff!

Used to be a decent place to load and unload. I loaded 20,000 lbs today and they loaded it all in the nose of the trailer (1/4 of the trl). I asked them to pull off the last 4 pallets and move them back, the Hilo driver was more than happy to do it, but the lady in the shipping office told him NO.... I ended up with 31,700 on the drives and 13,500 on the trailer with the tandems all the way forward. They're quick loading, just make sure you have them load it the way you want before leaving the dock.

Plenty of room for getting into dock doors. The receiver lady was very helpful, friendly, and great at her job. The loader/dock/forklift drive, went over and beyond; he strapped the load with both straps, loaded it correctly (didn't even need to slid my tandoms), was polite handing off paperwork and waited for me to see the load and even closed the doors. I spoke with one other gentleman their who was also polite. Everyone was in a good mood. 👍 All stages of this pick up went smoothly. Helpful and organized. 🏆

Got there way earlier than my app was, in few minutes got gated, full loading took 25min. Big yard with parking space, easy docking. Not shure about overnight parking. Shippind&receiving office lady very helpfull not getting bothered to get out from office and guide you in case if help needed. Overall nice people&place to have business with.
