I was very disappointed in Moore’s. I specifically requested there be enough cut off the bottom of my trees in order to put it into tree stand. I made a separate trip to ask them to come help me because I’m old I
Can’t do these things by myself. The owner told me to come in and buy a tree stand for 35.00’s. He said you already got free delivery. I said I
Got free delivery because you took my tree from San Ramon to Dublin. The least you could do would be to deliver it because I can’t go to neighboring cities to get the tree that I was promise to pick up in my hometown. I told him I already had a tree stand and that it was a very good one. I said I paid a lot of money for the tree and specifically asked the lady associate to make she the bottom was cut
Accordingly so tree stub had Moore room to fit into the tree stand at the time of purchase. But it was not. I’m still in shock. The tree was 160.00. Who does that to a
