I purchased a Bad Boy Rebel X and Bad Boy Bandit 750 in the same visit. The gentleman that was putting the sale together did a great job and I walked out with $28,000 of Bad Boy Toys, they even threw in a cool Bad Boy Blower (Electric) and they delivered both a few days later. So now that I have about 20 hours on the mower and maybe a little more on the Bandit, I am experiencing some issues. The mower starts only 2 out of 5 tries, otherwise I just get a "click" like a bad solenoid ($173). As of today, it won't start at all, just clicks. The Bandit 750 will no longer go over 15 miles per hour. Yes, the seat belts are buckled and it has been working fine but now surges and stumbles when ever trying to accelerate. Fine, this should all be under warranty and I am not worried about that but when I called to set up service, I was told they would not be able to look at either unit for a couple of months ( just like the other review). I have 7 acres of grass that needs to be cut and now I have to pay somebody to cut it. $13,000 for a mower that's useless and no way to get it fixed. I can use the Bandit, but I didn't pay $15,000 for something that runs like crap. Bad Boy is a great product for the most part, Monroe Outdoor Power, well, they kind of fooled me. Really not feeling the love of a good customer relationship here. They were friendly and hardworking to get my money, now that I'm dead in the water, I'm on my own. Even though there is a warranty, I ordered a starter solenoid at my expense of $173. That's really not how warranties are suppose to work. Will reach out to Big Boy to see if they can help but definitely looking for another service center. Unfortunately the next closest one is 28 miles away, a long way to flat bed something. Lesson learned.

Took a Bad Boy lawnmower to this alleged certified dealer for repair. The carburetor was bad on a brand new machine with only 60 hours on it. After a month, the response to the question “when will my mower be done?”, got a reply of “if you don’t want to wait, you can come pick it up.” More than $400 and 10 weeks after leaving the mower, arrived to pick it up only to be chastised for showing up too early! No customer service here!

I bough5 a Bad Boy Magnum 54, absolutely love it. Wishing I would have gotten the Maverick in a 54 now. These things are great.
