It seems that the negative reviews about this place are true. I checked in at 8:15 for a 9:00 apt. It is now after 10:00 and I am still waiting for a door assignment. Update: Now is after 11.00 and still waiting for the door. The motto of this company should be: Driver, come, maybe we will load you someday. Another update: Finally, 3.5 hours after the appointment, I got the door. Last update: after 7 hrs loaded. Drivers do not come here. This company is a joke.

Easy drop and hook. Everyone was professional, and I was in and out in 30 minutes . If you are a live load, you may have a different experience. The guard said appointments matter and are set about three hours apart to allow loading time. There are only a few docks here, but there is room to maneuver.

Very disappointed, 1300 appointment time, arrived at 1250 and told to park in back. Never heard from anyone until 2nd shift came in. 5 LONG HOURS FOR LOADING.... Unacceptable...
2nd shift yard driver was completely immature and unprofessional as I pointed out that a trailer was about to run out of fuel (one of my company's trailers) then he proceeded to place one of our company's trailers at a dock, opens the doors SLAMMING THEM OPEN AND CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE SIDEWALLS..... For what, cause he was mad... if you hate your job and biggest customer this much, LEAVE seek new employment... we are getting tired of this behavior... certainly reporting it to my upper management team...
Us driver's are sick and tired of being abused.... PLEASE stop making appointments that you can't honor as well....
