Great photography and gifts. Saw this gent at the mall in Miramar Beach during the art festival and bought some really cool hats (sadly, I lost mine). Liked his work and took his business card. Modus is the complete capture of the 30-A coastline. The Modus Gallery is adorned with photographer, Chandler Williams’, famous works of the 30-A area’s most picturesque photographs. My recent purchase from the exclusive, new “Modus Captured” clothing line, a vintage 1990 Grateful Dead tour shirt expertly sewn onto the back of a repurposed Jean jacket, has become my new staple jacket. Add Modus Gallery to your “must visit” sites while at the beach!!

This is, by far, the best men’s shop on 30A. Everything is one of a kind, inspired by creativity and true artwork. If you’re looking to support a true local artist who “gets it,” this is the place. Genuine authenticity. Great conversation. Time well spent even just for a visit. Highly recommend.
