Pay attention once you turned on barber court the sign will be on right side be proceed slowly to not miss it. Super friendly and fast service. Shipping and receiving is inside the property, disregard the first sign.

This was my 1st time here today I had a pickup appointment @ 1200 checked in @1130 . I had a door within 15 mins and got loaded, paperwork, and out of there by 1300

Look for the big sign that says Milo because your gps will take you to the rear of the facility on a street not permitted for semi trucks. Not too bad of an experience but it could have been better. Appoint for noon arrived at 10:34am very confusing to find the actual door because they have big signs pointing around to the rear of the building but that’s not it you actually pass up the door following the big signs (please take them down). The staff was average not really chatty or informative. Was advised they would call me however the side of the plant that I was on was not very business. But I didn’t get a call to move to a dock door until 11:34am unloading didn’t start until 12:12pm and stopped shaking before 1pm but no call. I called no one answered then shortly after they called me back to apologize saying I was done unloading and could leave. Thanks guys time is money and you were definitely wasting mine. They didn’t even put my load locks back on my trailer thank goodness the dock door was still open I could grab them and go. Everyone seems real relaxed here just kinda a whatever type of attitude.

Got there before receiving opened but supervisors cleared a dock of preloaded trailers to get me off loaded. Helped probably because I had to pick a load of product from their warehouse down the road which conflicted with the delivery. That’s where I sit now hoped they don’t make a work in.

The biggest problem I can see is nobody there wants to answer any phones when you need to talk to somebody you really need them to answer the phone
