I found myself stranded with a flat tire the other day. AAA dispatched a tow truck. KYLE from Mike’s Towing was nearby and arrived within 2 minutes. He was most reassuring, polite and professional. It has been a very long time since I’ve been so impressed by someone providing customer service. He told me he loves working for this business and his attitude showed that. When he unloaded my car at a tire store, he came into the lobby to check on me and make sure I didn’t need anything before he left. Who does that?

Locked myself out of my vehicle at the gas station . Had been on hold with a different tow company when I saw a laroccas truck in the next parking lot . Ran over and explained my situation and the gentleman who was working came right over and helped . He called someone at the office and she got my processed nice and quick . Both people I dealt with were so friendly and efficient. Thank yall so much ! Will definitely use yall in the future !

Unfriendly people. I was told I could pick a key then was told they didn't have it and then they don't respond. Then kept my keys attached to my key fob and said they didn't have it.

I got my truck back from them with engine parts broken and scattered all over my engine bay, truck bed and inside of my truck. Repaired nothing in my truck but a senor I already had in my passenger seat and charged me 20$ extra. Worst shop experience I’ve had ever. And I’ve went to muffler man before so that’s really saying something. I want my money back for wasting my time and money. Unsatisfied customer.

Our camper lost a bearing and the wheel hub was burnt. We. Allied LaRoccas and the owner Matt came and repaired our trailer at a very reasonable price. On the road again and very pleased with their service and attitude . Thanks Matt!

Laroccas towing was called out to tow my moms car, when the driver got to the vehicle he repeatedly tried to start it, when my mom told him it wasn't going to start and asked him to quit holding the key turning over the motor... he said it was his job, he could do it as much as he wants, and its not hurting anything.... mind you the flatbed was extended, and tilted, all he had to do was pull the chains and hook them up. He then told my mom that she was high and he was just trying to help her out. We then watched him get on the phone and complain to his boss about how my mom had asked him to stop trying to start it. He then got out of the vehicle, brought the keys back and said his boss said he didnt have to tow it, have a great day. This man was EXTREMELY unprofessional, and obviously doesnt know much about cars if he thinks its okay to hold the ingnition turning the motor over for extended periods. Would NOT recommend this towing service to anyone.

The best place you could take your vehicle. They are very quick and very professional. Quality work and a low cost is always a go to if you ask me and I never give 5 stars so you know I recommend this location highly
