Excellent service and environmentally conscious. I’ve been using Midtown Composting for 3yrs now and I recommend them every chance I get. It’s an essential service and is another way to reduce the amount of garbage thrown away in landfills. The compost I’ve gotten to use in my garden has been superb. We love Midtown Composting! We've been wanting to do backyard composting for years now, but for one reason or another we never got it started. Being able to put items in a 5 gallon bucket and have picked up weekly is a game changer! It is a lot easier to see what food waste you are generating, and diverting it this way has lessened our regular trash (and it doesn't stink anymore). Highly recommend!

To the bucket! You will be amazed at how your trash can stays empty and your conscience stays light, knowing you are helping to eliminate greenhouse gases. Due to our area’s significant rodent issue, composting isn’t feasible for us at the moment. We looked for ways to stop our food waste and landed on this. Easy to do! Even our 3yo can dump his half-eaten carrots in the handy bucket. We leave it out on the porch and it magically gets picked up and replaced, with a clean bucket and new bag to begin again.
