This place is a nightmare for delivery. Slow, slow, slow. One pump and one washer per bays. Outdated. And they wonder why nobody wants to come here, or why everyone has bad attitudes.

Very friendly and polite from the guard shack to shipping receiving, about an hour and a bit of loading, but i was picking up empty hazmat containers.

Anyone delivering here that's new to this facility has to fend for them selves. Security guards at front gate are TOTALLY USELESS when it comes to guiding new drivers around the facility. Receiving "office" is a total joke as well. Nasty phone you dual which you can't hear anything on. Good Luck getting anything done here in a timely manner.

This place is very bad at unloading trucks. I show up on 1-26-2023 for a 6:00 a.m. appointment and get told it's going to be an all day unload process. I have a doctor's appointment at 2 p.m. on the other side of the state. I hate receivers that tells driver's that kind of stuff.

This Dairy, gets milk shipped from Michigan farmers. Those farmers, love their cows, very much.
This is a processing plant. Not a food or dairy delivery. Not a store. They make orange juice, as well as, sour cream, milk, cheese. Ect...
They are a family. Everything is tested in a lab before it is sent to the stores. Yes the are a Kroger Company...
They also host tours of the diary on occasion. When they do this they serve food. Gifts for the kids are given out. Gifts like free milk and Kroger cooler bags with other goodies, was a gift at the last event. They do dunk tanks and other fun activities at these events.
A couple of farm animals are brought in during these events, so that people can see and enjoy these beautiful animals. They are in no way harmed or mistreated. It's a great experience for kids and adults alike.
They do their best and have received awards for these accomplishments.
If you're an ex angry employee, maybe it's not always everyone else with the issue. If you had been dedicated, you would still be there. My husband and I know quite a few more, work very hard and with pride in what they do.
Not everyday is perfect at any job.

Unbelievably slow. Lab takes an hour to accomplish a 10 minute task. If you deliver here dont plan anything for the entire day. Management doesnt care about efficiency. Easily the slowest dairy.

Don't know why people put negative reviews 09/22/21 i had delivery of empty milk racks and it was so quick in and out in 1hr15 mins only it was not bad definetely will come here again if i get a load thnks ?
