Arrived at 550am for a 730 apt... parking lot was big with spaces to park in and lots of room to turn around. I went to drivers entrance and they took my paperwork immediately and told me which dock to back into.. by 615 i had a red light and they started to unload me. By 635 inhad a green light.. i pulled out and went back to drivers entrance to get paperwork, which was sitting at window for me... a great 1st experience.. 5.16 update.. arrived at 530..I was put to a dock and they put a red light to me.. I was unloaded by 715. A little quicker would have been good. Staff was friendly and helpful checking in and out.

So far, it's been 9:30 since I downloaded it. It's very expensive. And the Company doesn't pay me anything for it. I've been waiting for money to download it.

On dock 11:02 am
Now 7:47 pm almost 9 hours on dock and still not sure how long they will take , talk to front desk lady she’s nice in conversation but she also doesn’t know, I read reviews before I come here but I took chance and finished my whole day on dock 🙄, truckers time matters , these type of shippers think truckers have no families and they are our slaves and will work for them free ❌❌
Unloading reviews good but loading reviews worse so don’t waste time here better book another load and cancel this one so you could able to keep your blood pressure normal

Very reckless truck driver , changed lane before the rotatory at Lee burbank highway recklessly without checking , and nearly caused a collision with 2 other vehicles. The driver just took off as if nothing serious had happened. License plate 3042570 (Maine ), incident occurred on 11/22/2024 around 1:34 pm.
