Perfect night for some ice cream. This place was clean. Staff was friendly. Loves that you can taste the flavors before you fill your cup. There were 3 vegan options available.
My favorite was the dark chocolate dove with cheesecake pieces on top.

Multiple times I have come here and the yogurt has an expired sour taste. The fruit is often going bad and It seems as if they don’t even refill the toppings during the day. Very rarely have the new flavors or spoons. Additionally the cashiers quickly add themselves a 20% tip before checkout every single time I go to tap my card. Seriously This is ridiculous.

This Menchies has really gone downhill. We used to LOVE this location and the pride that was taken in it. The magic shell that is usually hot and runny at every location is always cold and thick here. Same for the peanut butter sauce. Whenever I get the menchies email about a new spoon that comes out they say they never got them or it doesn’t start yet. Will be going back to the tried and true Canton location.

I usually get my orders from DoorDash. Usually the frozen yogurt is good. But I always ask for mochi topping and it’s hit or miss if it’s chewy or rock hard.
Today I ordered a medium cup with pomegranate sorbet and chocolate. I got the mochi topping again hoping for the best.
Mochi was again, rock hard. Had to spit it out.
But the ice cream was a joke! Completely melted! The sorbet had turned to liquid. Looked like a melted red slushy and the chocolate was near melted.
I would understand if my dasher took a long time but she was super fast! There are definite quality issues at this location. Won’t be back.

Fresh Environment, with beautiful smell of baking (I asked the employee and he said he was making waffle cones).
Every machine is working fine and the sauce pumps did not trouble me… for a gentle push I got the sauce as much as I need.
On the whole I give

Ambience - 5
Taste - 4
Service - 4
Cleanliness - 4.5

In july they said they’re doing some offers too! So I highly recommend in this month…..

It’s never clean. Most toppings are not full or fresh. Came in tonight 2-4-23 and counter person was on phone and it was a mess and no toppings.

UPDATE!!!
New location is worse than the other one!!!!! Totally disgusting!!!!!
Dirty AF. I COULD NOT GET MY PHONE OUT FAST ENOUGH TI CATCH WHAT WAS SCURRYING AROUND. 18 % minimum tip unless you customize!!!
Infreaking sane!!! Clean that mess up.

My first time here. You pay per ounce @ .70 ounce which is kinda steep. But their flavors are great! They have all the toppings. It was overall one of my favorite new places.

Fruit was not fresh. The cashier was not friendly and on her phone. Didn't say a word, and made us grab our own spoons. Not to mention the audacity to put an automatic 20% tip when paying is uncalled for.
