Not happy with delivery service of our dishwasher. Delivery fees amounted to $199 and part of that was a $30 charge just for the delivery to be brought into our house. Service guy at pickup and delivery told me they would be able to hook up for us (which they did not) I kindly called to ask for refund for the $30 and was told it would show back on my account within 3-5 days. Thought everything was good.
Shortly after I received a voice message from Georgina and she stated they would not be refunding this $30 as no one in her department would have told me this! As if I’m lying?

Miscommunication between several employees , I wouldn’t have accepted the $30 charge if I knew it wouldn’t include hookup. They brought it in our house for that fee and I just expected the basic hookup as I was told. Would not order delivery here.. or shop here again for that matter since the store manager implies that I’m lying over $30.
Check your employees to give out correct information and post a sign that clearly states NO HOOKUPS on such and such appliances.

The associates were helpful when asked questions and shelves were stocked. They're in the middle of changing over the outside area to Spring, so it what is difficult to maneuver through that area.

Sadly, the '11% Off Everything' deal was NOT going on, but we were able to get almost 32% off our Pittsburgh paint, via a mail in rebate.

We weren't able to locate any large boxes of decaf K-Cup coffee pods & it would be nice if they carry those again. They were great deals on non-decaf options; ~80 pods for $19.99

Went into Menards looking for an item. I saw an employee a woman late 50's early 60's brown hair in an aisle. I attempted several times to ask for help. She ignored me, walked away fast just to go back to her desk in hardware to talk to her coworker.. Would not recommend to shop there. From the time you walk in the store there is no greeting it seems as if the employees like to play hide & seek.

It's always nice to purchase items for a new project at home, especially in bulk $$$ 😆. There is a bit of lack of communication in the department areas and I think that would be helpful just to make a customer's visit more flush and not a bunch of run around. The end result though is a thank you Menards for your products I was able to complete this job in 18.5 hours over 8 days. It's done, I'm exhilarated and it looks wonderful & is ready for flowers & plants!

Not happy with customer service, the lady name Annette was very rude to me last week I just asked for the grill to mark down because that was on display but she answered me very rudely and she gave me whole kind of lecture, after her meanly discussion i asked her if any problem with grill can i bring it back without box she said you are paying for the grill not the box, very disappointed me, menard is my favorite store, I never had problems before but this time how she talked with me,i didn't like it because when i asked any questions she did answer all my questions very rudely and she spoiled my whole day, this one star is for her not for the store because I love this store

I stood and waited for someone to help me cut a piece of flooring for about 15 minutes while employees walked by multiple times. Never once asked me if I needed help. Went to the flooring service counter and asked for help. Was told to hang on and while hanging on a male customer walked up. And both employees, walked away with the male customer and left me standing there. If you are a woman I wouldn't go to Menards, you would be totally ignored.

The people at the back gate need help. That poor women had 13 cars in line last time I came.

Lumber is started to be hit or miss. I just loaded 50 2x4’ 12s and nobody in the yard offered to help.
