I cannot say enough good things about Meals by Brett! The meals are absolutely delicious, and you can truly taste the difference in quality. Everything is made nearly entirely from scratch using organic ingredients, which is so hard to find these days. The fact that they avoid seed oils (except rare occasion to suit flavor profile such as sesame oil) is a huge bonus—I feel so much better knowing the food is as clean as it gets.

Not only is the food nutritious and flavorful, but it’s also incredibly convenient. My busy schedule doesn’t allow much time for cooking, and having these ready-to-eat, wholesome meals delivered has been a game changer. It’s like having a personal chef who actually cares about health and taste!

Cheat code: if you lift weights, order extra protein to bulk, and extra protein low carb (subs out pasta/rice/potatoes for cauliflower rice). While you pay more for extra protein, I can often get 2 meals out of one, which brings the price down to below restaurant prices. I even enjoy eating them cold!

If you’re looking for clean, fresh, and thoughtfully made meals that don’t compromise on quality or flavor, this is the company to try. Highly recommend!

Meals By Brett is the best thing I've ever discovered! With my boyfriend and I having quite demanding work schedules, it became a hassle to meal prep. Coming home late at night from work and having a healthy meal already prepared in the fridge is amazing. The quality of the food is a 10/10. The taste of the meals is a 10/10. Brett makes every step from ordering the meals to picking them up so easy. He is very accommodating and will go out of his way to even deliver the meals if needed. He pays great attention to details from making the recipes to making the meals. Brett even keeps all the macros updated on all his meals so you can truly know what you are consuming. I can truthfully say, I have never had a meal prepared by Brett that I did not enjoy!!!
