This place was truly the best, I waited in line for an hour for my eggs, but it was worth it. They had white eggs, brown eggs, blue eggs, fresh fruit, fresh bread, and also live animals.!

Highly recommend this place !
As of today, a dozen white eggs was going for 995 a dozen brown eggs was 795 !

Fast friendly service! Refrigerator was constantly being restocked with fresh eggs. I like that they have a window where you can watch the process of the eggs being cleaned and packed! Kind of felt like a kid on a field trip. Made the experience fun! This was the first time I purchased fresh eggs directly from an egg farm and I am 110% sure I will return! Nothing better for an egg lover than eggs directly from the farm!

Seemingly good quality eggs. Overall descent experience. Be prepared to stand in a long line. And don't expect any discounts. I guess you have to pay for quality, or at least that's the justification for the pricing.

Eggs, produce, chickens, and more. Maust's even has a petting zoo. The giant rooster caught my attention from the road, the eggs and produce make me want to come back again. The workers are very friendly and helpful.

I came on Monday around noon and there wasn’t that much of a wait (10-15 minutes) compared to the early mornings and weekend lines. Ladies up front were nice. Price does vary depending on what eggs you get and the market. I paid $14.50/ flat of 20 whites and $7.98 / flat of 20 green since there was one or two chipped shells (no leaks). Not bad compared to Costco and Target right now due to high demands. The brown eggs were $24.50/ flat of 30 eggs.

Delicious farm fresh eggs! In addition to the normal brown/white eggs they also sell specialty varieties of green eggs enriched with omega 3. In addition to eggs they sell live chickens, local honey, waguy beef, tortillas & more. Staff is very warm and helpful. I like the farmstand outside to grab fresh veggies as well. The animal area is nice for my kids, you can buy feed to give to the animals. Most of the parking lot is paved making it handicap friendly.

Easy check out. Lines checked out rather quickly. Honestly the cost are similar to those in the stores. With current egg shortage and exorbitant prices. This place will save you approx. 20% of current store pricing (if you can even find any) a box of 15 dozens (white eggs) for $148.50

Update: easy-peeling, hard boiled eggs:
Boil water with some salt and vinegar ( about a quarter cup per gallon of water) added in a covered pan. Vinegar softens the shell (use more vinegar if shells do not crack right off). I put eggs directly into boiling water using tongs. 13.5 minutes or so. A couple minutes less for softer yolks. Turn off heat, move pan from hot burner if you can)

Put eggs with tongs directly into pan with cold water and 8-12 cubes of ice (depending). Let them cool enough to handle. While still warm, I remove all shells (use fully cracked very small pieces as plant fertilizer along with nutshells and coffee grounds) in a few minutes with no problems. I store in paper-towel lined Snapware.

Business:
Call a day ahead to verify hours.
Kelp-fed chickens(live, refrigerated, eggs), ducks, fresh local jams and even super fresh flour and corn tortillas. A farmer's store Along with a small produce stand, some fun barn animals to view and feed, it's an interesting experience to visit. It's also fun to watch the roaming chickens.
