A key factor is Lorre, who has been with the agency for an amazing 47 years! She has been a huge help to me as I assumed responsibility for my aging parents' affairs, proactively alerting me to things I needed to address and offering suggestions of how best to ensure that they were well protected. I have also been pleased with State Farm's pricing. Have been with this office for over 43 years, 1st when it was Bob Mueller’s and now Matt’s. Lorrie has been a phenomenal part all of these years! She’s awesome!! She has a wealth of experience & was wonderful with follow-through, keeping me posted with status updates. (Thank you, Lorrie!) Matt also took the time introduce himself...much appreciated, because although one can do most "insurance stuff" online, when it really matters, face-to-face is important.
