Good experience for me from the check-in point to the check-out. Once inside the facility, you can leave the trailer and wait for them to call you when it's ready. Outside, there's a large space for parking. I would return without a problem. The girls at the office serve well. 10 stars. And by the way have a 🚻

The guard was kind, and as I arrived, he promptly got out of his chamber to greet me. After that, it turned into an all-day wait with numerous other trucks already waiting. Across a 9 hour span, I watched 8 to 10 trucks come and go at max. That's abhorrent. I see why Detroit and the state of Michigan has turned into such a slum over the past 3 decades with this kind of labor force front and center. I'll refuse future loads here unless the price is above 2500. Totally disrespectful to waste the time of multiple drivers by staffing a bunch of lames that already benefit from drivers even existing.

DISCLAIMER: Believe the reviews..

My appt was scheduled on 5/11/24 @ 406p for a 5/13/24 appt scheduled for 3a. I checked in and was told load would be ready by 5a not 3a. No problem. I called to check on load a 5a and they were still waiting on produce department to sift through it all I guess. Anywho, I ended up leaving a little after 9a. I gave it 3 Sars cause the people in the office were very nice and they have overnight parking. The crazy thing is, I'll most likely come back, lol.

After reading the most recent comments, I was really worried about delivering here. I showed up 2 hours before my delivery time. The lady at check-in was very nice and polite. They gave me dock door right away. I was unloaded in about 30-40mins. Not sure why other drivers have had bad experiences, but I delivered during the week day and had a great experience.

There is 1 reality, never go here. More than waiting 27 hours to unload. I discussed with front desk and supervisor. They are talking undetermined. Avoid here

Docks are filled with drop trailers, so if you have a live unload, GOOD LUCK!!! They prioritize drop trailers over actual people waiting to get unloaded. Also the workers take breaks every hour, smoking herb. That explains the insanity going on here.

It's taken over 30 minutes to check in. Lady with cornrows that needed to be redone didn't even acknowledge me with my paperwork trying to check in. There's a sign that says wait patiently. After waiting for 15 minutes. I asked why she hadn't said anything to me. Her response was. " don't you see I'm working " She's got a bad attitude & bad communication skills. She needs to go work somewhere where she's not interacting with people.

Not a bad place. Overnight parking, nice restroom. It could be 5 start only changing bad attitude of female office workers. Very unhappy humans. Loads are never early always pushing to the limits.
