After searching for healthy options in the area this came up on my search and found the website and after reading Mary’s story I was game to give it two weeks. First off the food is top notch it’s so delicious and creative. There has not been a meal that has not been amazing. Mary herself is an amazing top notch person who goes the extra mile to alter the menu to your needs. She offers so many options to help cater to her customers. I wish her and her business the absolute best. I’m am very very happy to have found her and look forward to picking up my meals each week.

I just ordered three more weeks and plan on continuing while I’m out in California.

It's really hard to find good Keto options, but Mary's WIDE VARIETY covers everything! There will not be a dish that you will not love. The bread is homemade (everything is) and you can tell that only the BEST ingredients are used.

You won't find a more dedicated chef. Friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly ACCOMMODATING! I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to improve their diet and health while enjoying the best tasting foods!!!

I signed up for meals starting the keto diet right after moving to CA. It was the best decision! I was introduced to amazing food and Mary is such a beautiful soul, caring and genuine! If you are starting a health journey, she has different plans to fit your needs.

I am a longtime customer of Mary. She makes excellent keto dishes and is an absolute wizard in the kitchen. I like all of her foods, but my personal favorites are her lamb chops and moussaka. I guess it's the Greek in me. Five Stars for Mary's Keto Kitchen. I highly recommend it.

We ordered few party size dishes from Mary for our team training in SF because few of our attendees were on Keto. I am not on Keto so I was not happy when my managemnet asked me to order food from her kitchen. Her food blow my mind because i could not tell her foods are keto. Everything taste so good and we all enjoy her magic. She also included the macros on each dish

I had tried all of her food. They were beyond my expectations. Everything is fresh and made from scratch by Mary. The Salmon will knock your slippers off! Chicken and lamb shanks are always well cooked with delicious sauce. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. You won't regret.
