Amazing experience here! There aren’t many processors in my area and none that were open by the time I got my doe taken care of but Mark’s was open and worth the drive! They got her taken care of fast and now I’ve got a freezer full for the winter! I wanted to keep her hide for a blanket and they got it back to me in great condition. The jerky is to die for, and my only regret is not getting more jerky. Next time 😉 I will definitely be coming out to y’all for my future harvests. Thank you so much!

Clean, friendly staff, very professional in all aspects of having my deer processed here! Good packaging and I don't believe they skim any meat from their customers. The pepper stix are very tasty as well! Also very fair prices for the services they offer. When I don't have time to process my deer I will always head to Mark's.

My family has never had a bad experience dealing with Mark of Ives Deer processing. We love that he is a locally owned business in Fowlerville. They have always done a wonderful job processing our deer and in a very timely manner.

Very fast 1 day turn around, heavy duty box for the meat when its done and nice cloth bag for the summer sausage. 5 stars will definitely be using Mark's Deer Processing again. Priced perfectly as well.

When you drop an adult doe off at the butcher for the first time in your life after butchering your own deer for 25 years , you can expect to have a few differences in the way people do things. But when you have two does the same size and you only have enough time to butcher one and you drop the other one off to Marks deer processing you get 23.5 lbs of meat including 4 sausage sticks and 2 1 lb brat packages that did not come from the deer you dropped off . The same size doe I was butchering myself I got 50 lbs of meat I’m sure they don’t go into getting picky like I do, but I called to ask if there was a second box that was forgot and I got laughed at, was told my shot wasn’t good (under the shoulder without hitting front shoulder bad shot ..ok). and told not to come back if I didn’t like it .. Now I guess I’ll go shoot another one because I am missing half a deer and I surely will not be taking it to Marks deer processing .

If you want your freezer to look this, go to Marks! The team over at Marks is a small family run operation that was seriously kind, considerate, and happily accommodated all my deer processing needs. I hadn’t deer hunted in many seasons due to not having the time to butcher my own deer, when I found marks I was pleasantly surprised to find that they vacuum seal everything into small ready to eat servings that are perfect for meal planning. Great pricing, professional clean facility, and quick turnaround. Thank you Marks team, I will be going here and referring all my friends in the future.

Very pleased with marks processing. They are fast and friendly, and about 10 minutes down the road from my hunting spot. I will definitely bring every deer I harvest to mark. I got more meat than I expected from a very small deer.
