We had previously enjoyed this Mancino's. However, after this experience we will not be returning. We placed our order and did not have it after 45 minutes. We checked on our order and it was not found. The order was put in again. The manager apologized but did not offer any other items or discounts for our patience. We also cleaned our table and another with the rag and solution that is out by the counter. It appeared that all the tables needed cleaning. While we were there no employee came out to clean the dining area. This whole experience was quite disappointing.

Been eating grinders from here for over 20 years. They are always delicious. Highly recommend their sandwiches. Pizza is good too. Triple decker is my go-to grinder.

(Edit: We went to Mancino's today 9/16/22 around 8.30 pm. We placed an order over the phone before heading there to save time. The guy over the phone was plain rude, kept saying he couldn't hear us although we were in an empty parking lot whereas he had music blasting in the background. But he kept telling us he couldn't hear us. Anyways, we went there to pay for the order at the register and the young guy wearing a hat who appeared to be having a bad day was least interested. He was charging us more for our order, then he made the correction when we had to bring to his notice about the incorrect pricing. He had a big frown on his face. He came out after few mins and just left the pizza on our table, we said thanks, to which he had no response. While we were eating, he kept telling something to his co-workers about us and kept staring. He came back to clean other tables, We told him the Pizza was nice to which he replied in a rude way "Have a good night". This guy who was running the front register today(9/16/22 8.30 pm) has zero customer service skills. We love Mancino's and refrain from writing negative comments about any place but this guy was absolutely the worse. He needs a lesson in customer service asap or Mancino's will end up losing customers because of his garbage attitude. )

Had heard a lot about Mancino's Pizza. Maybe had it once but It wasn't same as sitting in the restaurant

Finally went and ordered a Large cheese Pizza for Dine-in. Dine-in is limited because of Covid and the restaurant was really busy for Carry outs. Had to sit for sometime before we finally got our pizza. But it was totally worth it. Probably the best Pizza here in Kalamazoo. The Crust, sauce, cheese were perfect. Usually we leave out the crust but the crust was really tasty and perfectly baked. The Large Pizza with 1 topping for 10.99 is a great deal.

The Restaurant appeared to be clean and appears to be following all safety protocols. Customers are keeping distance while ordering.

We ordered from here tonight we called and it took over an hour for our food to be ready from the time we called. We went in to pick it up and we watched people come in order their food. Get their food eat and leave before ours was even ready. And hour to get 4 basic grinders that is ridiculous. We will not be coming back. And the sandwiches don’t look that good. They don’t look fresh and they were just made. It took an hour.

We have been long time customers of this restaurant (and Bella Creamery) and have always loved the turkey grinders. Unfortunately, the last orders of these sandwiches have been very disappointing. The amount of turkey was MUCH less than usual and the quality of the meat was dry and clumpy. The bread also tasted dry and old. This happened not just once but twice. We are hesitant to try again and will most likely search for a new favorite local spot for grinders.

Great pizza! The atmosphere was nice and very clean. The workers were also very sweet. The prices are refreshing compared to most pizza joints these days. We will be back!

Holy Sh!t... This pizza slaps! Just ordered up a Meat Eater pizza, and it was amazing. Most of the time I find meat lovers pizzas to be a little over whelming, but not this one. A perfect balance of sauce, cheese and meats. Well done, team. 10 outta 10... Would definitely recommend!

Food and service are great. The two stars are for not updating your hours. I've tried to order twice in the last three days. The first time you were straight up closed for some reason and then I tried to call again tonight and was informed the restaurant closes at 8pm when Google says 9pm.
