I'm posting a follow-up two years and a number of appointments after my first visit to confirm that this group is wonderful. All of the clinicians I've interacted with have been friendly and gentle and I'm so happy with the results. More importantly, they prioritize me over my credit card. My previous dermatologist had me on a steady regimin of botox, juviderm and voluma, but the Maine LA team's advice was, "if I were you I'd just stick with the botox." Yes, I'm aging. But gently, thanks to Maine LA.

My dermatologist of many years moved away and I was so nervous about finding someplace new for my Botox and fillers. I decided to try Maine Laser and Aesthetics because of their glowing reviews and was not disappointed. I received my first Botox treatment from Bonnie two months ago and the results are wonderful. Her technique is very gentle and overall it was a very comfortable experience. As a final comment, the office staff is lovely and the environment is relaxed and welcoming.

I had my first appointment for tattoo removal. I was REALLY nervous, but once I was in the room with Dr. O, she made me feel right at home and at ease. She explained everything to me and gave me opportunity to ask questions. She told me exactly what to expect and told me what she was doing just before she did the treatment. She checked on me several times during to make sure I was alright. She gave me options regarding my comfort and talked to me about what she recommended that was just right for me. I have another 3-4 treatments and I'm really excited and not nervous anymore. She is absolutely kind and caring. Such a sweet and knowledgeable woman!

Dr. O makes me feel incredibly safe every time I step foot into her chair. I started seeing her a few years ago for a hyperactive eyebrow, and was beyond nervous. She has a calming, and comforting presence. She explains everything in detail anytime I ask questions, and never ever makes me feel bad. She has never ever pushed me to get more botox, and will only do what YOU feel comfortable with. You can truly tell she loves her patients, and wants you to feel safe. I love the office staff, and am so grateful to everyone there.

I had botox and a consultation for filler. Anna was very knowledgeable and patiently listened to my concerns. I was very impressed that she was honest about my skin and what results I could expect. I was very grateful that she didn't try to pump me full of filler, instead determining that I didnt need any. I really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere and that my insecurities weren't exploited to make more money. She also has a very light touch while injecting botox. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be a return customer.

Jade, their lovely aesthetician, is one of the best around. She is incredibly knowledgable and takes the time to get to know what your skincare goal is and also explains in depth how to get there/what she’s doing for your skin and why. She makes recommendations for daily maintenance and products based on your skin. Their skincare product line for acne is also top notch. Jade is extremely reasonable price wise, is so kind and makes you feel very comfortable, and goes out of her way to prioritize what will be best for your skin in the long term- she truly cares! This has been by far my best skincare/spa experience of the MANY I have tried and my skin looks better than ever. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
