Don’t know about other reviews but my experience was nice. Appointment was for 8am. Got there 9.30am and got a door right away. Started unloading immediately and was out within 2 hours. It was a potato load on the floor so it took them some time otherwise no complaints. Also your broker might need a scale ticket for this load . Ask them if they want it otherwise you might have to go 10 miles down the highway.

Positive Experience with Some Room for Improvement

I recently visited this place and had a generally positive experience. The staff here are quite welcoming, and I appreciated the provision of overnight parking. However, I believe there's room for improvement in managing the trucks. Here's a breakdown of my visit:

- I arrived late at night and found a suitable parking spot.
- Check-in was efficient, but I noticed that I was the second trucker to check in at 8:00 AM.
- It took until lunchtime to be assigned a a door 7 , which caused some delays.
- I departed at 14:05, and while my overall experience was good, I feel that better management of trucker check in could further enhance the trucker experience.

Dropped load of 19 pallets, checked in morning 6 AM, got door 8Am went to the dock to see if it is offloaded or not at 1:15 PM and found 7 skids are still in trailer.

I have to cancel my back haul because they didn't offload my trailer in a reasonable time. But still giving them 1 Star as there is no negative rating.

One star is extremely generous! I absolutely NEVER leave these reviews but this place earned the right to be the first that I publicly bash! Loaded in Delaware and ran it as a team. Arrived at 8:45 am and it’s two pm and I’m still here with no dock. When I ask how long they say they don’t know. I tell them I have another load and they said they don’t have anything to do with that. Called broker and was told they don’t pay detention. I will absolutely never deliver here again and neither should you. They have no public restrooms and only a soda machine that doesn’t take cards and I only got told about that soda machine because I called the broker to complain. The nearest food is 12 miles out. If you are extremely tired and you wanna book a load to catch up on your sleep…. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU, otherwise RUN FAR AWAY.

I showed up with an open appointment. They loaded me fairly quickly. Don't be fooled by others telling you there is parking. It's somewhat limited. I figure 5 or 6 trucks fit without getting in each other's way. To turn around to set up for my dock, I had to do it at the entrance where there was the most space. The farm warehouse yard is doable for sure, as long as you take your time. Nice enough folks. It was pretty busy when I last was there. They seem to handle a variety of produce. I saw onions loaded, potatoes on the ground by my dock, and they loaded me up with watermelons 🍉 for my load.

I picked up a load. It was fast and easy. HOWEVER my email said it was only going to be about 38000. And the BOL said 38520, so I arrived about 3/4 full. My empty weight was 35400. .. so it my total should have been 73920.. but my actual weight was 79160! THEY WERE OFF BY 5240 lbs. ! ! Lesson: If getting loaded there, go in low on fuel.

There are spaces for overnight parking, the only things is take a bit longer than what I expect to unload. Check in at 8am now it’s 11am still waiting. I think it’s going to take 4hrs plus waiting to unload, depending on the amount of truck waiting to unload. If you are first on the queue you are lucky then.

Just one of those places that you have to pull out your patience card.
