Took my first trip to this place since they opened. I was specifically looking for smoked salmon since another local business no longer sells it. I was pretty focused on the smoked salmon and found myself slightly disappointed with what I got. The packaging was a pain, the salmon itself was flavorful but it was pretty dry. At just under 14-ounces I paid about $13.50. There were no other shoppers, only dining guests. I also wasn’t greeted by anyone even though twice an employee had passed by me as I browsed with an obvious purpose of finding something specific. I’m a tough critic. Had I gone for a casual meal, I can almost guarantee I would’ve been happy as the dining area was pretty full. But as a shopper… I wasn’t very impressed overall.

We’ve been here multiple times to buy steaks, sausages, etc, to cook at home. Everything is always very yummy. We ate at the restaurant for the first time and wow! Delicious bacon cheddar burgers!! And I’m normally not a fan of chips with a sandwich at a restaurant, but read that the chips come with dip, so I thought I’d give it a try instead of upgrading to fries. Game changer!! Loved that little delicious dip with the chips!!

Great Selection of just about any protein you want. GREAT selection of snake river farms meats. Smoked foods and dips are good, didn't eat at the bar, but it smelled good. Mason is awesome behind the counter and an asset to the business. Keep up the good work. If your in the area it's worth a stop. When I'm heading up north, I bring my cooler to stock for the ride back.

This place was recommended by local friends. We read the menu options and decided to stop by.
We like the concept. Buy your meat and have a tasty sandwich and your favorite beer or try one of their selections.
I had the brisket sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. It was larger than I imagined and flavorful. Loved their choice of toppings.
We plan on coming back for their Friday fish fry specials.

Just to be clear this rating is for my most recent visit. I’ve bought several items there before and was satisfied with the quality. Today, not so much. I purchased 2 walleye fillets from the counter, put them in the cooler on ice in the back of my truck and when I got home and opened them, they were clearly spoiled. They smelled terrible. Completely unacceptable. $20.00 into the trash. You can’t tell me the person working the counter didn’t know. Check the quality before you leave because they obviously aren’t..

Carnivore heaven! I forgot to take photos of the meats, sausages and jerky. Semi infinite selections. I had the Reuben sandwich for lunch and it was terrific. Will definitely return.
The driveway entrance is a little west of the building so be careful not to fly by on Hwy 10!

I love stopping here every visit! The deli serves some of the best food, and offer drinks(soft drinks, beer etc) I love being able to sip on a brew and shop for my next meal. They have about everything you could imagine. Meat quality has always been great, that’s what you’re paying for. My personal favorites are the blueberry breakfast sausages links and all the summer sausage.

Great place for meats, cheeses, wine, beer and EATS! They have killer pulled pork and brisket. You can get it hot or prepacked refrigerated packs to enjoy all week. They also offer gluten free buns for the restaurant side so be sure to ask if this is a dietary need. Super friendly and fresh. Highly recommend!
