Wonderful place to take cooking and baking classes at UAA. Fun professors and excellent classes. Culinary classes are offered for both culinary and non-culinary students. I would highly recommend the experience if you want to expand your skills in cake decorating, baking, or cooking world cuisine.

Lucy's is now open during the second half of each semester and it's great to see them open again. As always, reservations go lightning fast! I love that the students not only prepare and serve everything, but they also work together to create the stellar menu. Going to Lucy's is a major treat and it's great to support such an incredible group of talented culinary students!

Loved the experience here today. I’m glad they are open for the semester. Today, after ordering a lovely latte, I had gnocchi to start, it was so good I got a second gnocchi to take home. Then a beet salad with goat cheese, candied pecans, and a balsamic dressing - ever so tasty. It was a snowy day so I added a hearty bowl of chicken noodle soup. I then enjoyed the most delicious tender filet mignon (I could have cut it with my fork - I tried just to see if I could). The filet was heaven in each bite to this carnivorous omnivore! I was fully satisfied but had to order dessert, I ordered two because life is short and I couldn’t decide between the Chai cake with pumpkin mousse or the Citrus and honey dessert. The Chai & Pumpkin was light and flavorful - like a bite of the winter holidays! I took a bite of the Citrus & Honey - tart and creamy on a cookie - very tasty but had to take it home to eat later.

Food is good, constant menu but have seasonal items depending on the semester at specific time. It can get pretty expensive if eating there daily. A typical meal with a drink and entree can be $7-16 depending on what you get.

Lots of drinks, 2 different soups daily, burger station, pizza station, sandwich and salad bars, then lastly a sushi station. They habe chips and sweets by the cashier and some dip and dots. Is their usual menu.

Cuddy Hall was great. I started attending Thursday night bible study by Chi Alpha. It has been a true blessing and a welcome break in the week to come together with others in God's word.

It is obvious that they are out to make a profit, as the food is very much overpriced for it's quality. A container of raspberries is $7.00. A 16oz cup containing green grapes and a 1.5oz cup of cheese is $4.00. an order of french fries is $3.50. If you look up the term food desert, it fits the description. It has although improved, as the special used to be a hot dog and a soda for $10.00.

Cuddy Hall is for students who are in Culinary school. The food is pretty good, and cheap. Reservations are required to eat here.

A nice location, but the food while simple was superb. Everything was outstanding. From salad to penne pasta to dessert it was great work by the students.
