Let me start by saying I wanted to give this place 5 stars. The atmosphere and service are both top notch. I ordered an iced mocha as I do at every coffee place my wife and I go to, and Lucky’s is simply more bitter than I prefer. If you’re like me and like sweet coffee drinks, ask for extra sweet when you order. If you love coffee this place would be great for you, my wife loved her pour over. We will definitely be back.

I wanted to like the place. Upon entering, I found it to be cozy and inviting. However the staff wasn’t. The two employees were more concerned about discussing their personal business with one another than acknowledging me. Not a smile, not a hello. I stood at the counter for at least a minute patiently waiting to order while they continued their conversation. I work seasonally in a high end winery. The FIRST rule in great customer service is to welcome the customer. Say hi, welcome in. I walked down to Starbucks and was immediately greeted with a smile and a welcoming greeting. Lucky’s- send your employees down there for some customer service 101! It’s not hard.

This was our first visit to Lucky on Kercheval, and we were happy we tried it. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the service was very good. There were a lot of options on the coffee menu, plus some delicious pastries. We look forward to going back.

Very sophisticated vibe. The turkey croissant was very enjoyable. My vanilla bourbon latte, however, not very enjoyable. I had to wait for the barista to finish texting in order for her to make my latte. When I got my latte, I was essentially drinking $6.00 steamed milk with a hint of flavor. I may come back, but not too compelled to.

The coffee was excellent and all the employees were SUPER nice and SUPER cool . One of them was wearing a really cool BATHORY shirt that I thought was freaking awesome. Overall a lovey place I’ll definitely be going back to.

Really disappointing. I drove 30 minutes to try the coffee shop. They refused to serve me because they were closing in 15 minutes. Suggestion: if you want to stop serving customers at a certain time then maybe adjust your hours and close earlier. Ridiculous and just pure laziness by the employees honestly. Won’t be going back.
