Customer Service is what keeps a person coming back and Diane working the self check out it’s definitely someone that knows what that meaning is. I drove all the way up from Newark to Luckys because my local Luckys was sold out of Dr Pepper and Blackberry brisk have not been able to get the Blackberry brisk for a few weeks so sure enough they had the brisk I was looking for and Diane help me find some more merchandised on a different location. She as well took care of me on Dr Pepper that I was trying to buy the day before that they were out of stock on makes a big difference when you have somebody that cares about the people like that I’ll be making more trip back here and the big reason is because how good of a person she is.

It's the nearest super market to me but they never have anything stock in the produce area ... Always running out I mean literally when I have to come there to get something they don't have it so rarely go there now unless I know they have it for sure. Safeway in Newark I never have a problem or it's rare that I do. Also Safeway is cheaper as for Lucky's expensive and I don't know why.

mmmm smells good

ok but in actuality, it's mostly pretty fine. prices are higher but i would never regularly buy groceries from a lucky's. cherries sometimes go on sale in the summer and they're great. you can usually get in and out the store very fast, and the workers basically don't do anything except watch you at the self checkout. overall pretty fine.

Giving this review specifically for Ms. MICHELLE... she is consistently rude each time I visit this store. Today was no exception. In the past, she's not only been rude to me, but she's just as rude sometimes with others. No real reason has to be present. She just IS! As a returning customer of 10+ years, I try avoiding her at all costs. She just ruins my experiences when I'm there. I definitely needed to post about her today. I'm above and beyond FED UP with her curt conduct!

Old lady at the register white Caucasian is racist and discrimatory. Be ware..I saw her treating a Chinese lady bad and told her because people are using ebt is a bad day for social security. The person was using ebt card. And did not let her grab the separation stick. I truly believe this type of people need to be removed.

Staff doesn't seem to like to smile. The vibe feels very uneasy. The Bathrooms have Feces all over the floors and trash all over the bathroom and no paper towels. It smelled so bad!

This is the closest grocery store to me but it sucks on so many levels that visiting twice was more than enough. Employees are angry looking and dont ring things up correctly. The store is run-down and the prices are actually higher than nicer places. Someone needs to put Luckys out of its misery, the only reason it's barely holding on is because old people have a weird nostalgic connection to this place, which is actually pretty depressing.
