I bought this frozen veggies pouch today, opened it today and was disappointed with product; it looked old and had to throw it all awa. See for yourselves what the pouch advertises that a buyer will get and see what I got. Terribly disappointed. Will not buy these veggies any more.

As of summer 2024 bring extra scrutiny to your carton dairy purchases.

Initially I was going to voice my quality concerns directly to Lucerne however while touting :
"Quality is of foremost importance to our plants

We have a best in class consumer complaint ratio
Dedicated QA management on site at all plants
Lean principles drive efficiencies
Kaizen execution of continuous improvement processes"

There is no clear place on their website to voice quality concerns, even their contact email does not state they are set up to receive complaints or reports. Even though they are a subsidiary of Safeway.

Has anyone noticed Lucerne's dairy products, especially those in cartons bulging much faster than usual? Lucerne products have always kept for a lot less time than other comparable products but are often the cheapest on the shelf so that's what I choose. As of this summer their cartons are bulging even before leaving the store. I'm concerned about their storage or transport and it's a pity there isn't a more direct way to raise this flag.

I purchased a QUART of buttermilk. A quart should be 4 cups! My carton was 1//4 cup short. Is this just another tip-off? Does someone need a math lesdon?

What happened to your Strawberry yogurt, it used to be so thick? Now it's runny like your competitors. Very disappointed, will not purchase again.

Lucerne dairy products, known for it's purity.

Their chocolate milk > is artificially flavored

Blah ...so it's not REAL chocolate

Suggestion > buy Nestlé powdered chocolate, in a big yellow jug.

Delicious

I love small curd cottage cheese!, especially with fruit. I usually buy two 2lb containers every 10 days. Over the last 6 weeks, Lucerne has been producing the absolute worst cringeworthy cottage cheese I have ever tasted. The curds are almost 'mealy' not smooth in texture. First reaction iss to spit it out. At the beginning of April, I threw out two new containers after tasting both. Just bought another 2 lb container on April 28 at Safeway hoping the taste and quality had returned to what it used to be... nope, another full container of yucky cottage cheese just went into the green bin! I'm done with Lucerne.
