I’ve never written a review before, but the experience I had with this Lowe’s today was so superb, I had to. I’m doing a project to build steps for my dog, and although I have a circular saw, I had preferred to have it cut more straight than I could. I spoke with Danielle at the Lumber Pro center, who was both extremely professional and eager to assist. One of the pieces was a tad too long, and Michael recut the piece with no hesitation and seemed very happy to help. I also needed some carpeting for the step, Luciano assisted me with this and took it as his life mission to get what I needed and gave very useful advise on how to install it without any nails coming up and possibly injuring my dog. He also seemed disheartened to tell me it would take some time to get the carpet I wanted because he had to move some things in the back. It was no big deal to me because I had some groceries to get anyway, but he was very apologetic that I would have to wait.

So all-in-all, very professional workers with a passion to help others.

First I advise future customers to read all reviews before making a purchase. Second my wife was told our order would be ready the next day by 8:00am, our contractor could pick it up toll next day and was delayed another hour. Third good luck finding any employees to help you. Fourth when we asked a employee for a wheel chair she said they don't have any, my wife's asked her if she could look for one and she walked away saying nothing.
And finally when the appeasement department called they told my wife sorry but offered no compensation
for one lost day of our project . When my wife said we won't be giving you any more business the lady didn't care. I recommend home depot.

Bought a Toliet seat, wrong one, returned it within 30 minutes just to be told they don't do returns on toilet seats. The one I bought was a return and it was taped up. I saw the one I needed, pulled out the box below under the showroom floor model, didn't realize it was the wrong one until I returned home. I'm a veteran and not going back to Lowes. They were my favorite store. They should put a sign up stating no returns on toilet seats. I'm a Home Depot and ACE fan now.

I buy several chainsaw chains for multuple. Saws. One chain was defective. I returned it with a receipt. They said it was the wrong item. It was the exact same item, size, brand and model number on the screen but I was told the bar code didn't match. I go through chainsaw chains often. I might have grabbed the wrong box but it was the right item. Sierra Vista Lowes isn't the only place to get these. I didn't like this Lowes much anyway. Employees act like they wear blinders and the attitudes suck. They use all the lumbercarts for inventory and leave them in the isles making it difficult to shop. I was here often and know how they work. Home Depot gives a military discount too. A little more out of my way but probably worth it.

Our cabinet order with Lowe's has been an absolute disaster, and I would highly recommend anyone considering purchasing from Lowe's to reconsider. Nearly 10 months later, we only have half of the kitchen cabinets installed. It's very difficult to get through their phone system and when we visit the store, we're only told that someone will call us back, which never happens. We've spent thousands of dollars on these cabinets and still don't have them nearly a year later.

Supervisor Paul and other great associates helped give me the guidance and confidence to redo my bathroom. It was my first project of this kind. Still need to put in my floor boards, install the backsplash, and update my mirror and lighting, but I am thrilled so far.

Paul spent a good amount of time recommending flooring and backsplash, telling me how to install them, and making sure I had the tools to do it. AMAZING service. Absolute game changer for me and the enhanced customer service at Lowe's is 100% why I shop there rather than Home Depot (also good, but not as much personalized care).

We received exemplary service today while buying our new flooring at the Sierra Vista Lowe's in Arizona. The man who helped us was named Cleveland. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We have never had a better experience at a home improvement store. My husband and I thank you! Everyone there was phenomenal.

Would go elsewhere for a door, if you need the install. Install partners are fine, but something about the ordering system and internal processes caused the process (from purchase to install) of a simple storm door, 3 full months. The order arrived and was first given erroneously to another customer. Then upon the second door arriving at the store, it took another month to get scheduled because their system wasn't updated appropriately and feeding into the system that the install partners use. Neither the team at the store, nor the Lowe's installer help line have the ability to schedule anything. This is the second door I've purchased (with install) from Lowes. The other purchase was in a different city/state, and the crazy thing is, there was a whole slew of issues then too. There are always a bunch of apologies from the employees, but truly I do not blame them. There is an issue of enterprise process at Lowes. The systems they use are not adequate and orders are frequently done incorrectly. I will never buy another door + install at Lowes because I've been burned twice now. Again, this is not a review of the service received. The people involved were always nice and promised (at each turn), that the issue would be resolved. In the end, it took 3 calls to the store (asking to speak to a manager), and 4 calls to the 1-888 installation help line. And this was AFTER the original door we ordered was given to someone else and re-ordered. Go with a local company who has more control over their own processes. Fooled me twice Lowe's, and there won't be a third.
