Our experience with Lovsac has been amazing. It’s customer service at its finest. We worked with Via at the Portland, ME store. We fell in love with the SoundTeck system and we purchased a 10’ sofa with the SoundTech and had it shipped to our new home in GA. Via has been amazing. She is very knowledgeable about the product and is obviously very organized. She has followed up with us months after our purchase and is still making sure we are 100% satisfied with our Lovsac purchase. We are ecstatic with it and movie nights are so much more dramatic and so are in home concert streaming nights. It’s gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. If you can, ask for Via! 🙏🏻♥️

I was in the Lovesac store this past weekend and had an absolutely flawless experience. I was helped by an extremely knowledgeable and infinitely nice/patient associate named Rebekah who went above and beyond to tell me all the details around all the cushions, fabric covers - all the details I didn’t even realize I needed. Ended up leaving having ordered a couch and so excited for it to come. Rebekah an absolute gem and the whole experience was 11/10

We had a wonderful experience at the Maine Mall Lovesac. We had done research online and were pretty sure we wanted to purchase a Lovesac… however, we wanted to make sure we could check it out in person first. Vía was so helpful with all of our questions - we left wow-ed from all her knowledge, it’s obvious she knows these products very well. She followed up with us the next day since she knew we were serious about buying ASAP. When I returned her call, I spoke with Josh, also incredibly helpful and placed our order. 10/10 experience with customer service - that NEVER happens anymore. We should get our couch in 2-3 days ( so quick! ) and expect that to be 10/10 as well. Unbelievable customer service, wonderful product… I wish we had taken the Lovesac plunge sooner!!

Brian was the most engaging, knowledgeable furniture sales associate we have ever worked with. The Maine Mall Love Sac store was beautiful with many options to view and sit on. Brian answered all of our questions and made recommendations based on our needs. He demonstrated assembly and how easy it is to reconfigure the sactionsl. He did not pressure us to purchase on our first visit, but shared info about potential sale dates. We made an appointment with him.go back and purchase our sactionsl, which is scheduled to arrive less than a week from purchase. Can't wait...

I recently made a Love Sac purchase 7seats & 11 sides. I have gone through several couches and I've never been so happy with this couch purchase. I first worked with Anna & Kayla. They were so kind and patient with me as I had tons of questions. They did not pressure me at all. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. After making the purchase with Kayla she was very reassuring that when I got my order they would help in any way possible to help me to get it set up. I was a little nervous with all the pieces. But I watched a video and it ended up being super easy. After setting up my sactionals I noticed I was missing something. Pillows!!!! So Back in I go! They only had 2 of the 4 pillows I needed so Kayla went above and beyond by calling all the other stores to find me 2 more pillows. She was very kind and great to work with. I appreciate her taking time to meet my needs. Such a great employee. I go back in to purchase the pillows and extra accessories and Maggie made sure I was getting the best deal. Such a great Manager. They rearranged the whole store more than once so I could see all the colors together to make sure I liked them before ordering. They were so personable even remembering my name without looking it up! So impressive! Thank you Love Sac I've never been happier with my living room!! I would 100% recommend Love Sac to anybody needing a high quality couch set! You will never have to buy another couch ever!

We researched the exact couch l/arrangement and pieces we wanted online before coming into the store to order. The representative, Olivia, made sure our set up we built would fit our needs before going through the quick process of purchasing. She also did a very good job at making sure we knew what was covered and how to get warranty issues solved if they ever arise. Additionally, not store related, we were told it would take 0 to 3 weeks for it to ship, after only three days our item has shipped and will arrive within six days of our initial order! Talk about quick turnaround!
