I’m not the kind that likes to leave negative reviews but this one has to be shown. We got shower 6 and come to find out the only lock to this door is the top latch because the door knob itself had no lock. Luckily for us my husband always carries these extra door stoppers/locks. We always carry our own necessities regardless of any truck stop providing any. Why did they let us get in that bathroom if it wasn’t ready? No toilet paper whatsoever! Thankfully we didn’t need it ourselves but the next person might not be prepared for the fact the door doesn’t properly lock and the lack of tp. I was at the sink when brushing my teeth while hubby was in the shower when someone came knocking on our shower door. Had we both been out of earshot and not had those locks would they have tried to come in? As far as soap the ones in the shower did have soap in em but we bring our own so no need for us to use em. They provide 1 towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. If that doesn’t work for you bring your own. We always do. The toilet didn’t seem clean or maybe it was just stained but we were there for the shower above all. It’s our first time at this loves and our first bad experience.

MManager here , he did not believed me that the all beef hot dog was cold even tho it was on the not cooking area, ( means done ) so he charged me even tho i took a bite and said was cold and had to throw it away, than got the 2/$5 deal, and he charged me the cold one even tho i told him it was not cooked. He tried to say i ate it and i told him i threw away the bad one, and despite me telling him the truth, he still charged me $8+ for that. Than said he does not have time for my complaining even tho i remained calmed and was defending my position. NOT PROFFESIONAL, i been coming here for the 2023 season, and part of this one, not anymore. Do not do business with this guys.

Wtf just happened? I went in to get 2 tires and a air line fixed! 8 hours later I pull outta there bay! Dude that fixed the air line was done in hour and half! 3 guys to change 2 tires, granite that they were 17.5 tires but Holy shit. 4 hours later they only got 1 tire off rim. Luckily they called in manager to get tires on rims. Then they leave a young guy had NO CLUE what the hell he was doing! I had to put tire on for him. Yea I go someplace else, no way I go back to this location shop. Will skip them if I ever need them for a road call. O by the way thanks for the trailer damage from the guy that couldn't put a tire on.

It’s really sad because I come to loves gas stations all the time when I travel the country I’ve bought tons of stuff from them in regards to car accessories and I brought in a phone holder that is clearly defective still with all the factory stickers on it and they would not even do an exchange on it. It’s brand new with the defective button, and they just completely dropped the ball and would not honor any type of warranty. I will not be back.

Every time I stop at this location, they never have that Buffalo chicken. They always find an excuse. We ran out. Or I just started work. I didn't have the chance to put some on. And none of that is true. I really don't know why they don't put the Buffalo chicken. That's the reason I stop it loves.

I left my truck in this parking lot, when I returned the truck was towed, I paid for towing and storage $ 1200, do not leave your truck, there are no signs about towing. It is illegal, they are in collusion with the company that does the towing.

The showers look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Seems like they just remove old towels and just put new ones. Sink and mirror had spit up all over, floors have lots of dirt and hair and looks like it’s not cleaned after each customer, showers need some deep cleaning because they don’t clean it after each customer with chemicals, and their is more. Overall I come to shower to be clean but after these kind of bathrooms, am I really clean?🤔

Before week ago I have stopped by this location and I put $330 of fuel in my truck tanks then I left and my speed was slow then by the exit I felt my truck got jumped then I heard bang inside my truck and when I looked at it and it was my microwave fell down and got damaged, and here the pictures, there is a big hole with a hump by their exit inside their property !!
Why Loves why they sell us fuel for millions of dollars everyday!! Why you don’t fix it.
I bough new microwave cost me $66 and the previous one was almost new.

I’ll never ever back to that location no more.
