I should’ve left this review a while ago, but I ordered off a flower website for my grandmas funeral and was a bit hesitant since I didn’t know who it was coming from… but WOW they did a beyond exceptional job. The arrangement was gorgeous and I was very grateful for them. Highly recommend for some gorgeous arrangements.

Fraudulent site. I pre ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, delivery was confirmed. They sent a status update showing the flowers were delivered but they never were. Calls to customer service led no where, no resolution and no follow up. They pretend to be a local florist but it isn’t. The customer service was definitely a foreign call center type thing and they promised to call back with information but never did.

Delivered an orchid plant that was clearly damaged with main flower branch snapped and had purposely put a clip over it to hide it damages prior to delivery. The branch is brown & dead on both sides, plant is bug infested and so are leaves which show major sign of disease, carrier walked from down the block in 50mph winds with the plant, have cameras showing with it bent over in cellophane. Obnoxious rude owner said not her problem.

I moved out of state awhile ago. Needed to send flowers for a funeral and a Birthday in the same week. The turn around was quick and the flowers perfect. Even tho I was unable to attend either they exceeded expectations. My mother was happy.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! My brother passed and we ordered flowers and paid extra for the flowers to arrive early and paid extra to have the brother banner. I immediately called and asked where are my flowers? The girl told me they will be there at 2:30. I told her I paid extra for an early arrival. She said, "I will see what I can do." This is very irresponsible and unprofessional!! The flowers arrived 2 1/2 hours LATE an NO brother banner! I called again and spoke to the same girl, and she had the audacity to tell me he "just left and it's too far for him to come back." My brother is laid out in the funeral home with about 40-50 flowers, and mine is there with NO BROTHER BANNER and 2 1/2 HOURS LATE!!! She told me she would call me back, that never happened. I called her back and she told me the banner will be there, and that never happened. My brother was buried with my flowers but no banner, because you were "too far to bring one." If this is your policy than do not sell flowers where deliveries are "too far." Shame on this business!!!
