The restaurant offers a pleasant and inviting atmosphere, with thoughtfully designed decor that enhances the overall dining experience. The food was flavorful. One noticeable detail was that chips and salsa were not offered by default. I ordered the guacamole with chips and was surprised by the small portion size. The mango margarita was well-prepared and enjoyable. For birthdays, the staff creates a lively and celebratory environment, which adds a fun touch to the experience. Overall, the food was good, and the ambiance was excellent.

We recently tried Los Amores de Julia and were very impressed with our experience. The food was very delicious and flavorful, and the presentation looked amazing. This restaurant is very sophisticated and very detailed with beautiful decor. Our waitress, Jennifer R. was amazing she was attentive, friendly, and warm. The orders and servings are a little different from your typical restaurant. Despite the food being good, it's a bit pricey for the quantity they provided. Overall, we enjoyed our experience with great service and will return again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a such disappointing experience at Los Amores De Julia. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was unwelcoming. Before we were even greeted, we were told there would be a $20 fee just to cut a cake we brought to celebrate my sister’s birthday something I’ve never encountered at a restaurant before, they didn’t even let me take the cake to our table where our party was sitting they took it to the back right away.

The food was another letdown. The portions were small and definitely not worth the high prices. On top of that, they automatically charged a 16% gratuity for ā€œa large groupā€ despite the poor service. To make matters worse, they refused to split the bill, making the payment process unnecessarily difficult for our group.

The worst part? The manager was rude and completely unprofessional, showing no concern for our experience. Between the hidden fees, lackluster service, and overpriced portions, this place is a complete rip-off. I would never come back or recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers!

The restaurant decor was nice and inviting.

The food prices were on the high side however I never mind as long as the food is quality.

I got the shrimp a la diabla with rice. The shrimp tasted like shrimp with ketchup no good flavor at all I didn’t even eat it, rice was good. So I paid $34 for a plate I couldn’t even eat. My family got wipes and asada fries both persona that got meat options felt sick right after they ate so didn’t finish the food. The food is definitely not worth the price. The Aguas frescas are $7 which not big deal however they serve in these tiny cups with lots of ice that in two sips it’s gone. They don’t serve water you have to purchase a Fiji water.

It seems they are going for high class vibes but you don’t get the high service or food quality.

I will not be eve returning not worth it for me. I should’ve read reviews before going

The place is set up nicely, but the food & service is absolutely mediocre! Took the family for dinner, no special occasion, walked in and was asked if we had a reservation so my expectations are automatically high. Our dishes were not presented to match the price, and the portions are not fulfilling. Service was close to non-existent; we were not offered any refills on water or drinks at any time. Our dinner did come with a show, not in the best way though, two team members (males) were arguing about not helping one another near our table and took their argument all the way to the kitchen. Staff don’t seem to get along well and that is reflected in the overall ambience of the place. Will not come back for sure, not worth the money! CafĆ© de olla was great though!

To be honest I didn't even know this place existed until I got an update on my IG page
I have to say they're enchilada de mole very tasty. There ceviche is very good fresh it's limey as you expected the bartender is always a delight and makes the drinks just right. And if you want to avoid the crowds come on the Wednesday and Thursday where it's got good music and just a lively staff.

Open floor plan is nice, I enjoyed the large windows allowing for lots of light. A/C works fantastic love that they didn’t hold back on keeping the place cold. Servers are attentive and the wait time after ordering was not bad considering we had a large party. (20) The location can accommodate plenty of large parties.

My son took me here for Mother's Day; the first thing I'd like to say is when I walked in I was immediately struck with how beautiful the place is, great start! We were greeted kindly by the front staff and asked if we had a reservation, we did. We were seated right away. At that point, the service kind of fell flat. After 15 minutes of sitting at our table without being greeted, I flagged a gentleman in a suit coat (I believe he was the manager) and told him we hadn't yet been greeted. He pulled out his handheld device and said "oh, okay, I can take your order" - there was no "Hi, Happy Mother's Day, how are you? thanks for coming in, I'm sorry for the wait" etc., just a quick "I'll take your order." We started to tell him our orders and he said "that's to drink?" and then we said "oh, you're just taking our drink orders? okay." So we ordered drinks, and an appetizer. The drinks arrived relatively quickly after that. The appetizer took a while. A waiter stopped by sometime after that and took our food order. We were seated at 11:15 a.m., ordered around 11:45am, and we didn't get our entrees until 12:20 p.m. But around 25 minutes after we placed our orders, someone came out and said "we don't have any more machaca do you want something else?" and then 10 minutes after that someone came out again to another person in our party and said "we don't have any more chicken, do you want something else?" We then came to find out they also ran out of mimosas (for Sunday brunch on Mother's Day?!), as well as espresso! I was really stunned at how right in the middle, prime time, brunch service, on Mother's Day, so many things were already unavailable. Our server was trying to manage multiple tables with having to tell people "I'm sorry we don't have it, I'm sorry we don't have it." I think this falls squarely on management. There should have been more servers scheduled, and whoever did the inventory/ordering for what undoubtedly was going to be a big, busy, day, needs to do a better job. The food, when it finally arrived, was very good - although it's not what I had wanted or ordered. I want to give this place another try, because it really is beautiful, but I am hesitant to step foot in there again as we were never even given an apology by management for having to wait to be greeted, having to wait over 30 minutes for our food, and having to change our orders long after we placed them. Our waiter apologized, but none of it was his fault.
