Three times I have been to Local and all three times they have messed up. I live out of town and are here for treatment for my husband and they left the merchandise out of my bag. This time they sold me the wrong product and I went right back inside and when they wouldn’t do anything about it I grabbed my bag and they told me I was no longer welcome at the store. I’ve never had an issue ever in Palm Springs. Customer service in that area is great. Here at Local in San Monica the service is bad.

EDIT: I think their ATM is hacked and stealing card info. I had attempts at a local Macys after using this ATM. I don’t use my debit card anywhere else

Best service bet prices and feels like a mini mart inside and if you need help anyone there will help you or if you know what you want and see it go right to the shelf, cashier and your on your way. It’s the best in the west. Yashon helped me today
