I have been a customer in the past for old tractor parts, and had a question about a mower belt.

Customer service was AWESOME - although they had neither part in stock, they referred me to another location for one item of a differing brand.

The parts guy treated me with lots of respect, even if my questions weren’t related to what they sold.

I hope they’re in business many more years!

The farm has bought tractors here, had great luck and nice support parts and service. This visit was their customer appreciation lunch, the caterer was amazing and the owner made it a point to come shake my hand while in line. True service from a quality local dealer!

Unfortunately I got 4 different answers on what was wrong and in the end they fixed nothing and it cost me $90. I had to pick up my mower after 2 weeks without a clear answer on anything. Never did get my part I ordered either.

Family owned for 3 generations. Seemed very honest and helpful. Jerry their mechanic is fantastic. Bought New Holland tractor while getting my two other's fixed. It was nice dealing with people that wanted to help over just taking my money. Hopefully they will be my new fix it place long term.
