Our son went here for gas and used his debit card. They withdrew $66 dollars which was every cent he had then said sorry it was “declined” and fund will be on hold. No receipt no evidence but we have zero in the account now and still now gas to get home. They were unwilling to help or give the gas- just willing to steal money from a child.

I bought a burrito there and brought it home to heat and eat. Luckily I noticed it was all black and moldy. I went back the next morning and the manager was not there and the cashier said he did not know how to do a return. I asked him to photograph it and I left a message with my number. I returned again hours later showed the manager the moldy burrito and asked him for a refund. He said he had no problem giving me a refund but that he knew it didn't look like that when I purchased it. Not even an apology? Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. I have spent thousands of dollars at that store. I told him to check with his vendor. That's not how a manager should treat a customer that could have been harmed by his neglect.

They apparently do not know about passports here. Guy at the front would not accept a passport because he couldn't use his "scanner". Not everyone has a licence in date but if I can get in an airplane with a passport you would think I would buy a bottle of champagne for my mom from a stoner at a gas station.

I get that it's your right to refuse service for whatever reason you want. But having shopped here for literally years growing up I thought that my neighborhood corner store deserved my money more that Safeway. Safeway employees don't rely on scanners to add dates together. And were happy to serve me.

Kicked out by the clerk for having my service animal with me. Then she called the sheriff's on me. Everything she did is illegal by federal law. This place needs new ownership and staff.
