This was my first time in HOC and 2nd overall dispensary to go in. I had an amazing experience!! Met with a friendly smile and had a zero waiting time and then met by another friendly face in the actual room to shop. I had a good first experience at another dispensary but it wasn’t close to the good I experienced here. The girl helping me was super helpful because she was super honest about her own life experiences which helped keep me at ease about my own. We both agreed it was an meant to be thing’ for me to have stopped in! I could not be happier with my complete visit!! Oh and 20% off everything for being first time customer as well!! Had awesome sales on top of that so not understanding the criticism of pricing unless they’ve just recently changed but regardless I have NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL!! Thank you HOC. I will be back!

Omg great first time experience.. no sales tax and you can collect points. First time customer 10% off. IF you bring your award letter 20% off each visit..love that discount. Will definitely be back. I got pineapple express so if you have some work to do; this would be an excellent choice.,sorry no pic...next time for sure..Btw I got the flower...

Weigh your product. I was missing a whole 3/8ths and the manager(?) wouldn't even listen to me when I came back to let them know. I had an anxiety attack right there because of the conversation I had and had to immediately leave to get air. I don't plan on coming back after how dismissive they were, which really bums me out because I liked the staff there. They also didn't give me my first time discount a while back, but at the time I decided to overlook that.

Lemme just say that Taylor made my day!!! She was extremely attentive to my needs and listened and took the time to find what I needed for my medical needs. Since LR HOC opened, they have been my go to pharmacy. With there extensive knowledge they have helped me learn about and try a variety of products that have helped immensely! I've been getting ready for a future surgery, and they've been helping me gather the best meds for that time period. The daily Deals have also helped greatly! After major construction traffic & a personal call to get good directions, I reached their shop only to learn there would be a two hour wait for service. All could have been easily avoided with good communication. VERY FRUSTRATING.
