Really fun place. Sandwiches are so tasty and staff was super friendly. They were out of a few ingredients and they were great about letting us know. Lots of great knickknacks and fun food items to browse.

Sandwiches have quality ingredients and are delicious! The market has everything needed to complete a very satisfying lunch. I had the pastrami and my wife had the mile high club.
We grabbed a bag of and a box of cookies while our sandwiches were being made. The crew here are very friendly and helpful.

Hot take is Lincoln deli > high street lol

Located right next to the freeway entrance/exit lincoln deli is both a mini mart and a sandwich place. With a huge customizable menu.

It is more organized where a attendant will take ur order outside before letting u in, and then you can browse the mini mart as they make your order (15-20min) depending on how busy it is.

Once your order is ready you can go and pay alongside what you see from the mini mart

Overall one of the many great sandwich places in SLO

Parking might be hard but nothing wrong with walking a few blocks

I love to pick chanterelles nearby in the morning and then enjoy a delicious sandwich and a beer for lunch. This market is one of my favorites. It is so unique in that it is tucked into a neighborhood, corner market style. Great little gifts and cards around the holiday. Clearly a well-curated collection of knick knacks and my kids and I love to play a little pinball too.

Favorite sandwich place in SLO 👀
The breakfast burrito is hard to pass up but ended up choosing the Tassajara Delight on a French Roll and the Anholm Sweet Home with Turkey - both delicious. Great grocery aisle selection of beers, drinks, chips, and other snacks to pair with you sandwich selection. Highly recommend coming here for sandwiches to go or for here!

Had a roast beef sandwich, where the roast beef was gray and smelled strange. I ate the sandwich to be polite (thought maybe it was their idea of seasoning), but suffered 5 days of food poisoning. Check your expiration dates for meats.

VEGAN OPTION AVAILABLE!
I only say option cause I saw one option, there could be others!
This is the CUTEST market to get a fresh sandwich, salty snack, and thirst-quenching drink! They have anything from wine, to kombucha, to coffee, to coconut water. The sandwich menu has lots of selection although the only vegan one I saw was the Market Veggie.
There are lots of cute little gifts and gadgets to look at. Super hip and trendy but also family friendly.
Sometimes the workers seem overwhelmed but it’s a very busy place so I don’t blame them.
The salt+pepper chips are so good and paired with the sandwich it’s divine.

Great sandwiches, great groceries, great space, and great beer. I lived near here my junior year of college and went very often after school. Pastrami is definitely a high point, but I'd recommend just about anything you can get here. I lived in SLO for four years and have been visiting routinely throughout my life and Lincoln has my favorite sandwiches. Would highly recommend if you're in the area.
