Life Church Birmingham’s daycare has been an absolute blessing for our family! From day one, the staff has shown such genuine love, patience, and care for every child. It’s clear that this isn’t just childcare—it’s a ministry rooted in faith, compassion, and excellence.

The teachers are incredible. They take time to get to know each child’s personality and needs, creating a warm and nurturing environment where kids feel safe and valued. Our child is excited to go each morning and comes home full of stories, songs, and smiles. The combination of spiritual growth, learning, and play is truly special.

Communication with parents is also top-notch. We always feel informed and connected to what’s happening throughout the day. The classrooms are clean, cheerful, and full of engaging activities that encourage creativity and learning through fun.

We are so thankful to have found Life Church Birmingham. It’s more than a daycare—it’s a community that loves and supports our children like family. We couldn’t imagine a better place for our child to grow and thrive!

Do NOT send your kids to Life Church Daycare.

My experience with Life Church Daycare has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I clearly communicated with the director that we would be paying on a monthly basis. However, she continued to charge my card without permission—multiple times—after we agreed on the payment schedule. This is not only unprofessional, it’s unauthorized and unacceptable.

What’s worse is that my child only attended for two weeks and one day, and now I’m being emailed with different amounts owed—first $800, then $536. The math makes no sense, and the communication has been all over the place.

To be honest, this place doesn’t feel like a legitimate daycare. It lacks the structure, professionalism, and transparency you would expect when trusting someone with your child.

Please protect your children and your finances. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They had my grandson for a year, he is now 3 1/2. Now that he is older they tell my daughter he is not mature enough to move up a classroom with all his friends. They began telling my daughter how to parent, making her think there was something wrong with her son. I have had 2 boys and the one girl, and now have 4 grandchildren. As a parent and grandmother I told her is a 3 1/2 year old boy! I could go on forever, but the jist of the matter is they decided my grandson was to much for them to handle. What am I missing, parenting is done here and at his home but...he puts in more awake hours at daycare. So doesn't some of the burden fall on them as to his learning skills? Can he be a handful at times, yes, but what child at that age isn't at times? They are kids. I get the impression they want robots. I wonder if we were a member of the church would they of taken the same path. We have since pulled him out.

Having had seen the daycare from a perspective few have, I can attest that it is thoroughly cleaned far beyond required standards multiple times each day. The caregivers are screened and held to strict codes of conduct. I trust this facility and its staff implicitly. I am the father of 7 children and have seen some other currently running facilities with horrid conditions. LCLC truly cares about your children.
