First time trying this spot and I’m very impressed. Convenient, fresh, great quality, simple ingredients, and very tasty. I’m Polish and grew up eating this food- it tastes as it should. I stocked up on a bunch of items today and immediately made the stuffed cabbage and the pierogi. I browned the pierogies with a little bacon and served with sour cream. Also made the tomato sauce for the stuffed cabbage myself (wish they sold the sauce on the side).

Very excited to know I can finally have my ethnic food when I crave it.

This place is awesome. The quality of the dough and ingredients is top notch. I don't usually eat ground meat because most places don't use good quality ground meat, everything is mixed in there. I love pelmenis but would eat it only if I ground the meat myself. These guys use clean meat. Plus they had the best kievski tort I've ever tried. I just stopped by this store for the first time, and wow—I was blown away. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with the warmest greeting. The staff here are incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful, making me feel comfortable and never rushed. The store itself is beautiful—spacious, spotless, and well-organized. They have an amazing selection of frozen foods like vareniki, pelmeni, syrniki, and even pizzas, plus other great finds. The lady at the register was especially kind and went out of her way to help me. It’s rare to come across a place that feels this inviting. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend stopping by!

Nice quality of food. I bought Vareniki with cherry and blueberry and pelmeni with Turkey. All food tastes like my grandma’s. Price is good for these products. Store is a very clean and neat, personal is very professional. If you a fan of Ukrainian food - I highly recommend this place.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I’ve shopped at this store twice before and was completely satisfied with the products. However, my last visit left a sour taste, not because of the items, but because of the staff’s attitude.

We stopped by 5 minutes before closing to quickly grab something to eat. We knew exactly what we wanted, and the store isn’t big enough to require much time. However, as soon as I walked in, I noticed the cashier’s annoyed expression, clearly signaling she wasn’t happy to see customers this close to closing time.

After spending no more than 2 minutes in the store, we headed toward the checkout. I paused briefly by the freezer near the register to look at some syrniki, only to be met with a tone as unpleasant as her earlier glare, telling us to hurry up because they were closing.

I understand it’s close to closing time, but the tone and attitude were uncalled for. If it’s such a bother to serve customers in the final minutes, perhaps the policy should be not to let anyone in at all after a certain time.

I hope the cashier just had a bad day and this isn’t a regular occurrence. It’s a shame because the products themselves are good, but such customer service makes me hesitant to return.

Phenomenal quality, exceptional service, and the price is unbeatable for how much food you get. The pelmeni at Multicook is the only pelmeni I've ever found that tasted like the original recipes from Western Europe. The desserts have my guests constantly asking for more. Whether you're a longtime pelmeni lover or you just love dumplings and want to try something new, this is the best you'll find.

I just had the best vegetarian dumplings. Great variety not only for vegetarians. They're loaded with fresh veggies and herbs, wrapped in the softest dough, seriously delicious!
