Wow this is just a very sad experience. Loading a tank of cream and it taking over 6+ hours. Will not allow your pet out to do their business. When you inquire why it's taking so long it's a bunch of blame shifting. Then sit for another hour or so for paperwork. Not a good experience and hope to never return. Plus no overnight parking even though they ran my clock completely out. Sad way to do business. Reasons I want to get out of the industry. DO BETTER!

I checked in at 4 pm and gave pu numbers. Manager accepted all numbers with 3 drops. Waiting 9 hours for loading and pabam ...first number was wrong and i cant move, the another night manager cannt give a documents because it was wrong number. We asked the broker and were waiting..One mistake = many hours awaiting

Great service restroom in the shipping rooms,, they load and unload in a timely manner.. after leaving the property turn left.. go to stop sign turn left get to DOUBLE traffic back at main highway NO LEFT TURNS GO THRU BOTH LIGHTS turn right behind Biggdy Coffe ..there's 2 truck parking spot behind Burger King

I got here exactly about 30 minutes before my appointment. They were able to give me a door immediately. Got me loaded within 30 to 45 minutes, and I was able to go on my way. Unfortunately, there is no longer overnight parking here. But I was able to make to the McDonald's around the corner 5 mins. They have a decent sized parking lot for big trucks!
