I've been to this place maybe 6 or 7 times and disappointed at least 5 of the times. They charge the same prices as Vons
And Vons is expensive. However, Vons has almost excellent produce. Leon's doesn't. I asked the one guy working there what variety of limes were small and yellow and he shrugged his shoulders. I guess after some thought he said, "organic." Yeah right. And most of the produce I brought home have thick tuff skin which tells me it's C or D Grade. And no one employee there is friendly. It's close to me but I think I'll pass from now on..

This is a great place whenever you need something in a pinch. They have very fresh produce and other standard goods you might need in the kitchen. Chips and other snacks are readily on hand too! Behind the counter they also carry some essential toiletries to save you a trip to a big box store

Great neighborhood market to pick up a few items for dinner. Their avocados always seem to be the perfect amount of ripeness for fresh guacamole, soft but still green. Yum.
