I was impressed with the State Farm office in Pinconning. Agent Leo Everett and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was seeking lower and better coverage on my home and vehicle and was satisfied with both quotes. Celena went over and beyond explaining each policy to me and didn't worry about staying after hours. Leo and his staff have always been very helpful. The office is warm and inviting when I always come in. Leo will even take the time to small talk with his customers. I have had other insurance companies in the past but coming in here is better and I always feel welcomed. They take the time to help you out. Even if they have to get back to you, they do even if it after hours or the next day at the very least.

Problem is I had a life insurance policy that I simply wanted to terminate. That's all. Leo Everett asked me why I was cancelling
I told him I didn't need it any longer.

He then said he could sell me a lower cost policy......I told him I was cashing in the policy. But I was keeping all my other policies.

2 weeks later I received a cancellation notice for my homeowners insurance.

The reason given was we were somehow now called a"high risk".

I then cancelled the 3 life insurance policies on my children we had .
My mother in law canceled her home insurance.
As well as auto insurance.

We ultimately pulled out of State Farm.

One reason why LEO EVERETT.

The above statement can be underscored by 2 of my neighbors who previously had similar experiences.

.Leo Everett also spoke disparagingly about the very company he represented for years.

Shame on you Leo.

Our phone conversations feel like we are the only one they're concentrated on and they make sure every question is answered. Leo and his staff are so personal with us, they even make sure your birthday doesn't go by without a birthday wish from them. Leo made me feel like family to him and State Farm on 7/27/23 my 60th birthday, by wishing me a Happy birthday. So professionally and yet we are family. Leo and his staff are 5 stars professionals making all our policies or claim issues smooth sailing so we could concentrate on our home and family.
