Asked if they could service and get running a little Troy built mower. They said yes. On the receipt it says they changed the carburetor and cleaned the fuel tank and added new fuel. Charged $350. Thought maybe they also sharpened blades, changed oil, spark plug, air filter but didn’t put it on the receipt. Nope they didn’t do any of that. And so had someone else do the little servicing stuff that was mobile…they think they didn’t even change the carburetor and they messed up the choke. Sad that they don’t care about the people that aren’t mowing for a business.

If I could give No stars, I would. I called a couple of times and never got an answer. It also gave me an option to text what you need, and no one texted me back. I have a Husqvarna tractor that I need parts for, and there are few to no dealers here that I can find and would love to support local businesses, but so far no help from this place

Amazing auto, personal lawn care, farming & agriculture equipment. This place has it all! Honestly I regularly find a variety of different supplies here both new and used, but always at unbelievably fair cost, which is rare these days! Personally, I no longer wish to purchase from large cooperations that provided low quality goods and service. I was hoping to find and support a local “mom and pop” business within the area to acquire some quality equipment much to my satisfaction I discovered Lee Auto! This independently owned and family operated business did not disappoint! This place remains quite busy, simply because it is the best, so some patients maybe required, but I garuntee it is 100% worth the wait! Lee Auto really cares about the quality of the work performed and is aware of how it will affect you as a customer in your daily life, which is why they do an amazing job! This place is phenomenal! You will get straight forward & direct answers! They also place value in customer loyalty, which I genuinely appreciate! Their work ethic is truly unmatched. I mean these guys work really hard! Gare is so personable & genuinely just an all around good dude. He is so down to earth and friendly, yet a complete goofball. Just have one conversation with the fella and you will know what I am talking about! Nik is highly skilled at his craft! The guy has it down to a science at this point and treats his work like art! He has maintained and serviced a variety of equipment here for many years! He is the best at what he does and you will not find better! The owner Lance Lee is just an amazing person all around. He possesses an insane amount of knowledge & is an absolute expert in this field! He obviously cares about people and is one of the most compassionate individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with! Lee Auto is a fabulous, tried & true business located in community of NWA that places great emphasis on quality and continues to provide exceptional value to all customers. Thank you Lee Auto for the care you have shown,especially those within the wonderful community of NWA! I appreciate that your business places high standards on operating ethically even in times when it is difficult to do so! They are listed as an Authorized Husqvarna Repair location, and they did fix my chain saw...but it took two months, multiple reminder calls, and finally a call that got me the "it's done" answer. (I wonder if they were going to let me know?)
If you're considering purchasing a Husqvarna tool, be aware that authorized repairs will be very challenging to obtain.

Great location for eating and ice cream. Since the remodel and food trucks arriving, it's an all in one stop for food, desserts and relaxation. Beautifully landscaped with trees, lawn, and concrete. Very nicely done. Tried out some of the food today and was very satisfied. We will be back soon.

They were more than happy to sell me mower parts $25 above cost. Then gave me the wrong part. I went back and they promptly gave me another wrong part to replace the first. Very friendly the reason for the one star

I took my Husqvarna chainsaw in for a broke chain brake. I was told it wouldnt take too long to get it fixed. I went in 2 weeks later and was told the part was on order. 2 weeks after that I went in to check on it and was told the guy that was working on it had it done but wasnt in. I got a call an hour later telling me that not only was the work not done yet but the paperwork had been misplaced and they had to order the part!!! Lance offered to let me barrow his saw. When I told him to forget about it and I would be coming by to get my saw he got irrate and started yelling. Needless to say I retrieved my saw and will not be going back. STAY AWAY!

I won't do business with anyone else but Lance. Great place to buy from. I have had good luck with everything I have got and it's reasonably priced. I recommend dealing with Lance any time.
