Incredible Laotian food with a view of Shasta. The Nom Tek has an option for BBQ beef (smoked over oak) which makes for wonderful complexity. Great Service by a team that really loves the food they make.

Amazing crab curry with fresh caught Dungeness. Best thing I’ve eaten in a while ! 10/10 . Their pho and other curry dishes are delicious as well- authentic flavors that always taste fresh . The fact that they rotate seasonal ingredients and source their meat from a local farm is such a plus !

This is our go to for great Thai. It’s a local business with a nice restaurant front in downtown Weed. They use free range chicken and the veggies are cooked to perfection! The sauce they do on the stir fry is soooo good. Sticky rice is the best. Their veggie springs rolls are made to order and really good. They do have inside seating but we usually do take out. Not fancy which is fine…. it’s all about the food!
