First time here this past weekend. The customer service was top notch! Walk in, order at the counter. If you don’t know all your irrigation needs the staff will walk you through it. They stock Netafim and Rainbird mainly but did not have all the accessories for each, hence the 4/5. Price is very competitive for improved product vs home stores.

Michelle, Ignacio and the others I've worked with have been helpful every time I stop by. I had a broken sprinkler thingie (4" Rainbird pop up) and they sold me all the correct parts I needed and a doodad I didn't ask for (Rainbird 15-van nozzle) that ended up being really useful later. I asked if they had any scrap 4"pvc, they said no and took my name and number down on a post-it note. 2 months later I get a call from Michelle and she's got a several feet of 4" scrap for me! Their prices are good too. I needed PVC cement to repair a broken pipe and remarked that I seldom need solvent and wanted the smallest can possible, they found a damaged can and gave me the pvc solvent can for free. They keep looking looking at photos of my broken equipment and knowing exactly what replacement parts I'm going to need.

This place is great. Everyone here is very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. I'm not the most handy person but Dawson helped me out and made sure I had everything I needed. He was even able to cross check an older order to help ensure we got all the right stuff. Very highly recommend

After getting conflicting information about several drip irrigation questions from a variety of irrigation supply companies and irrigation/landscape contractors, I found Lane Irrigation Equip. Co online and spoke with the owner Ignacio. He was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and willing to answer all my questions and provide a range of expert advice on everything from whether backflow devices were needed, best layout and methods for drip lines and drippers for my raised beds, how to test the gal/hour for each drip line, whether it's ok or best to use Teflon tape for plastic-plastic connections etc...
He encouraged me to call back anytime. Highly recommend them!
