Shipping clerk needs to find another job doesn’t know anything about trucking refused to load me because I asked for it to be pinwheel because it would not fit sideways

I went there this morning at 11:00 am
for a PU appointment, got a dock straight away and within half an hour I left with a full truckload, There's no time wasting here they are on top of the game I wish all shippers could emulate this company and stop wasting our precious time!! Guys you made my day keep it up and thank you very much.

Well...I got loaded with 28 pallets in like 10-15 minutes. I was looking at them moving around and I was smiling like an idiot the entire time because in 17 years I can count on one of my hand's fingers how many times I got loaded this fast.
