Rented a vrbo home. The house had everything plus more than we expected. The lakefront was beautiful. We had soooo much fun! (As an aside, if you're on vacation at Lake Martha, go to Deception pass for a boat tour and on your way back, stop at the Stanwood grill for an amazing dinner!

A quiet, beautiful and well kept RV park. There is a fabulous dog enclosure and the park is situated above a private little lake. The management is very kind and welcoming. If you are looking for a peaceful setting, I recommend giving this park a try. It is a full timers paradise, and they offer mailboxes for long term stays as well. Laundry on site is an added bonus.

I am in love with the resort! It is new, fresh and way better than a couple years ago. Great place for dogs, the two docks, boat launch and picnic area is amazing in the summer, and the bathrooms and laundry is well maintained. I love it. The owners are great people as well!

They make their money on taking deposits and keeping them when something comes up that’s out of your hands 2 weeks later making you unable to move in.

They will not refund it, it takes them 30 days to process the refund that won’t show up and then when you ask about it they redirect you to themselves and want you to do it via mail. They run you around in circles until you give up . The owner is the manager and management company is the owner as well as the taxpayer and the agent to that llc is the owner and only contact at the place .

My family and I stayed here for several months while I was working in Arlington. The place is absolutely beautiful along with family and pet friendly. All the facilities are new, well kept, and always clean. The owners are very down to earth, easy to talk to, and respond quickly to deal with any issues or answer any questions. The property is amazing and well maintained. There is a large lake access, boat launch, swimming docks, fishing docks, and the place is very quiet and I could go on forever about all the wonderful things there but you’ll just have to experience it for yourself if you are ever in the area. This was by far our favorite place out of the dozens of parks we’ve been to!!!

I would love to share a positive experience of Lake Martha's Resort, but unfortunately the booking experience was very poor and we weren't able to get there.

For 2 days we were told that sites were available to book, and the communication was friendly. However, we tried to actually book a site 3 times, and were told successively that the sites what were supposedly open were no longer open, then other sites became unavailable, and it became harder and harder to actually contact someone (including being promised a callback that didn't occur on time).

In the end, we were told that there were no sites available. The Resort is under renovations and it's understandable that they are having challenges with booking, but the misrepresentation of availability and the inability for me to actually have effective and timely communication meant kept us in limbo for too long. There needs to be more of a focus on the customer when they are trying to book things -- if you say "I'm going to call you back" then do it by the time you promised, and you should verify that sites are truly free before saying "we have availability in multiple areas of the park".

They need to iron out their customer interaction policies a bit. Was definitely left unhappy with being strung along for a couple days. It shouldn't be this hard to book an RV site for 3 nights!
