Worth getting off the highway. We had lunch, carnitas, tamales and some tacos! The tortillas were perfect, the meat seasoned exactly like you dream it will be, desert for miles.

Bread was hard as a shell… you pay the same amount for bread that was not sold a day before. Bread should be soft like butter… but you frequently get hard old unsell bread from a day before. Other Bakeries usually sell bread that was not sold at a discounted price, Customers decide… you feel like you been rob once in your car trying to enjoy a hard piece of bread.

Dinner here was excellent! We got the enchiladas and shrimp tostadas. This was the only Mexican place that was open at 7pm on a Sunday and we're so glad we gave it a try!

La Plaza Bakery is a great place to eat and get delicious pan (bread). Unfortunately, it seems fairly empty and uninviting since they are not doing in house dining at this time. You can place your order ahead of time or just walk in the door and they are happy to serve you.

Order food to go; of course once again order is wrong one torta didn't have avocado and the other one no cheese. On top of that no tomato on either of the tota. Called to see if we can either get it on the side or a refund for the extra charge or avocado/cheese and it was a no I had to bring everything back (it's to go I have to be somewhere) made me realize it always best to go eat at the La Plaza in Salinas (North Davis or Greenfield) Martha do better this has been going on for years already.

I keep giving La Plaza a chance and this time was just so disappointing. I ordered one chicken enchilada plate and one cheese plate and they both came chicken. The enchiladas were crumbled hidden below a big pile of shredded cabbage and tomatoes. Check your order before you leave the restaurant. Its unfortunately not the first time ;(

We ate here after our trip to Pinnacles. The service was friendly and quick. We all enjoyed our food. The bakery lured us over, and everything we had was great. Would definitely come back again.
